hi again, this form Im doing is the "tiger" chi-form, its rather a chi-energetisice-excercise (from kungfu) than taiji. you do it with saying: "chui" and its supporting the kidneys, very healthy. more a kick-energy than a calm-energy. but yes surely Im doing taiji there in our backyard too, mainly the 24 form which is a very old chinese-form, and Im also doing some ancient daoistic taiji, very easy, just with the hands chi-upbuilding, thats soo strong, and after all that traditional exercises I do my own mix-up and own new inventions. I do dream very different if I have done such exercises, I truly found out. What kind of taichi class will you be doing, I may not know that certain style, cause there are so many, but anyways can you tell it? will you learn there the 24form too? thats would be great, we could do it one day together. thats most fun in this taiji thing, people can do it together wherever they meet on this planet. Whooohooo wish you lots of joy and energy with your taichi class. surely for you its more just like remembering, cause you`re anyhow working with energy and all that stuff since so long. all the very best, heartily greeting, Nani

Hey Nani, Well I'm very sad to say that I got a call this morning saying my tai chi class has been cancelled. I'm so very sad to hear this cause I've been wanting to take that class for awhile now. Hopefully next semister enough people will sign up for the class so it doesn't get cancelled. The style was callled Tai Chi Chuan. So instead I signed up for Hatha Yoga class. Should still be cool but was really looking forward to learning the tai chi. I actually have a couple of videos on tai chi chuan showing everything step by step but I just felt it would be much easier to learn through an instructor. Regardless I'm still looking very forward to school starting in a few days. It's been 7 years since I was in college so it'll be a nice change away from working at the job I've been at for 4 years. Still working but just a few days a week instead.
