Same Dimension,- Same Spirit x 12???

I know the title of this thread was a bit confusing but i did not know how to put it.
This is another Question that arose from the Expo, It was in a reincarnation workshop, The speaker mentioned The same spirit being on this planet twelve times consecutively..In other words my Self in on this planet twelve times. There could be one of me here in OZ, another in India, another in Africa, another in France etc etc 12 times..all at the same time... I am finding it hard to wrap my mind around.
Has anyone heard of this concept.

I don't know anything about it personally, but Robert Monroe talked about having another self that lives in or around Russia I think it was. He talked about it in one of his books.
