Yes I Agree everything we read or hear is someones opinion, translation etc etc... That is why i like to find out for myself and make up my own mind!! I do not ever believe everything I read nor hear.. I have my own opinions, and enjoy other peoples opinions ( helps me learn), and I sometimes adapt to other peoples opinions "IF" it suits me.. I think it is how most of us are made up.. Some like a structured life and it all laid out and mapped for them, Others explore their own truth, Some cant be bothered with any truth and run on instincts, Some a bit of all of the above, But we all are made up of what we have heard or read in one way or another. It depends on the individual what he/she takes on board as truth to them.I think It is what makes us unique as individual human beings.... I find parts of the Da Vinci code plausable, and have researched quite a bit and have a little bit more to go, and so far have pretty much come to an Opinion on it all.. I love digging into history.... any type..... on any subject.. My home is starting to look like the state library LOL!! I have also books on order, for more research on a different subjects altogether ( wont go there need another thread) LOL!! Have a fantastic week everyone DB xxx

www.book-of-thoth.com/article1542.htmlThis person's take on the subject is quite interesting. I read a lot of his site last night and got side tracked here and there. He did bring up some interesting points.

I have to disagree with this dude! He is saying the peneal gland is not linked to psychic vision and mystism.. This is the exact spot that vibrates and i receive my visions,, I am studying remote vision in another site, and i have all the activity on both peneal gland and crown chakra and had all of my visions in this spot and have been very very accurate on 3 occasions out of 5. I think another thread in research and studies has been conducted with our members and we all are pointed to the third eye chakra and crown chakra being our focal points of stimulation when doing readings, some OBE's, and remote visions.. I will read further CrazyCat it really is an interesting point of view, I am yet to get to the Da Vinci bit. ..

He is saying the pineal gland is not linked to psychic vision and mysticism.. I didn't read anything about that part. I guess I need to read more. I agree with you, pyschic powers are the results ofthe pineal gland/6th chakra being activated.

Of course always question what you read. But to some wikipedia is a bit more misleading. Just because of the connection to the encyclopedia.
Everything can be sifted through though and ive found much help with what ive read after a good bit of meditation.

Im going to have to read that one cc it looks very good. Most of what Crowley learned was through a direct link with Thoth. Even the Tarot deck he made it the Deck of thoth.
As far as the pineal gland well just stop drinking anything with flouride in it for just a while and tell me its not the pineal gland.

If its a bad thing i am glad the flouride that goes in my mouth is through a bit of toothpaste

DB, did you read all of/both part of the Gates of God articles. From what I have read else where and what he has fine tune it down too, I have to totaly agree with this guy. IMHO, he has hit the nail right on the head or shot the arrow right smack in the middle of the bullseye. Hehehe! I really love that kind of stuff. He isn't saying the pineal isn't the third eye, he's just saying it's only one third part of it. The three makes one whole you know.
