Oh and how do you actually do the affirmations...I see what it is but how do you actaully do one?

Section, affiramations are simply suggestions you make to yourself to program your mind and subconscious, it is rather cool because you can do it with anything..not just dreams, in the meditations board I think there are a few affirmation lists and posts that exsplains it more and has other affirmations you can try.. what it does is that it eventually seeps into your mind to the point it begans to act as if it already has it programed, like dreams and dream recall you can tell your subconscious that you want to remember your dreams..by makeing firm direct suggestions " I remember my dreams every day" for example, try them out see which one works for you, again this doesn't work for everyone, however it is handy and I think it helps control the mind a bit more..

I tryed to a.p. last night and I started off fine, gaining energy and what not. But then I felt some sort of "un-hinging" feeling but I freaked out and snapped back into my body.

yes Section did you get that last technique..ill email it to you..yes your body should fall to sleep, while your mind remains alert.lol its okay, some can achieve it through differant ways such as energy, but for me this is the easiest way..

I tried the one you gave in the thread...and the first time I started to doze off and my body woke itself back up...and the second time i just fell a sleep.

I don't know section but from helping you I think enabled me to gain even more control over my dreams, evertime I wish to ld I do lol..hope your doing good too

LOL, don't worry keep doing your affirmations and tecniques, they will come..
say to yourself before sleep section "im ready to listen dreams, Im ready to hear you" this is telling your subconscious that you are wanting to recall your dreams..

what techniques have you done so far?? let me know what your doing so I know if it works for you or not..so we can try other techniques, speaking of which, I added a technique to the meditations thread called conscious technigue , so maybe you can try that as well..

Ive tryed to many to remember. right now im trying to pretty much get into the vibration state because i know when i have those hilucinations that i can easily just use the roll out technique and it will work because i've tryed before and as I said I felt an "unhinging" feeling and I saw me feet rise above my bed...and i freaked out and fell back into my body.
