First spread today, one card draw Question "what should I follow at this time"? I drew The Star I used the Gilded Tarot deck
To me this card is suggesting I follow my hopes and have faith that when I wish upon a star I will get my wish in time..I think that the overall feeling here is that If I choose to be the person I want I will live the life I wish for.. There is great spritual forcefullness in this card, I feel with this card I am being guided perhaps by my own inner self..I am strongly connected to my spiritual side and that enables me to see things for what they are, and accept that life can be simple yet pleasurable.. I see inner beauty with this card as well..it fortells of great things to come if I keep following my own light..the light that will shine me thorugh again and again if I hang on to my inner faith, and knowing, this card to me is about trust, trusting myself to take the right actions that will lead me to a new destination.. By following me, I can not go wrong.. For this card is about knowing oneself and taking that to the outside surface of reality and trusting that what I give out will come back to me in time..and that there is hope afterall..

Thats promising to pull isn't it. Pretty right on with the interpretation. You have that deck?
So should I do a one card draw?

yeah I have this deck and I drew that exact card, anyway, cool you did the one card draw, I think you should work with your cards a bit more, I mean shuffleing them often you don't need to focus or anything now...but the other cards may confuse you so perhaps study your cards first than learn others, other decks that is..does that make sense?

I think you captured the "feel" of that card nicely. I haven't used that deck but that was the overall "feel" I got from that picture. How did you get the picture posted anyway? Did you scan the card or is there an online source?

I believe there is an online source anise. On that one online website?
And I agree Lilac, I'm going to work on this deck and then perhaps move on our use this one if it connects with me. I just love the pictures and the connection with nature themes.

daily log- "What should I follow at this time" when I did this reading I was picturing the star card in order to elaborate on that particular card I drew The Hermit- okay with this card, I see a few things.. first it reflects the star in many ways of similiarities.. It is a card of looking within rather than to the outside world for answers.. I see wisdom with this card, as it fortells of teaching and guidance.. perhaps this is a time I will meet a teacher or teach others.. with the star guiding me, and with the hermit I can look within and gather information that will ensure me the right path I will find.. This card to me says that I need to introspect in order to make sense of my past and pave the way for the future.. another spiritual card to me, because it is about things that are just known, not only learned through oneself's beleifs and thoughts.. It is a card of trusting my own wisdom and beleifs and taking that knowledge out into the world to shine it onto others(lantern).. Also this card to me can mean that a guide will apear in my life, someone that will impact it greatly with their wisdom.. usually this is true for me, If I draw this card with a court card(person) it can also mean that I maybe that person for someone else , teaching them something new, or showing them something in a new light of perspective.. I see learning and growing with this card, on the inner levels.. I also see a period of aloneness..this is nessecary in order to reflect on our lives and decide what is lacking or missing...or what is truley needed.. I have drawn this card alot lately, I think that the overall meaning here to me is that I am in need of a guide, or soon I will meet one..if I haven't already..

Today I lit some candles incense and focused on my one card reading a bit.. I asked "What should I follow at this time"? I drew two cards this time.. The Fool and King of Swords.. Based on this image I feel carefree and a new start of life approaching me at this time.. I feel that whatever I choose to do now will be the right choice as well. new things are coming to me as new opportunities open up for me.. feeling alive...free and inspiration all at once.. Having no fear as I step into my new doorways.. I do not have an image for the King of Swords, however I will be detailed as possible, he holds a sword as he looks down at the floor from his thrown, the moon shines brightly above him.. he looks as if hes contemplating something..his head is filled with thoughts.. he has great wisdom about him.. To me this is a man who will effect my life very soon..in fact with the fool card, he may be the one offering a new opportunity for me.. note-this person is an air sign of the astrology chart..
