Ok so here is the readings i've done in the past few days while I was afk.
Spread: One Card Draw Question: What should I follow at this time? Deck: The Fairy Ring Card(s): Herfest (reversed) Note: Festival cards represent powerful energies entering or leaving the current life cycle of the questioner. They should be given extra weight in any reading. To view right side up image go here. Right side up thoughts: reflection, success, peace, rest and rebirth. (The fairies looke peaceful and at rest and butterflies are associated with rebirth) Reversed: stagnant, worry. The world is turned upside down. Interpretation: There seems to be a theme already starting....I have to work through the hard times and keep my head and spirits up. Personal Relevance: As it stands right now and within the past few days I have felt very much like my life is in all kinds of a mess. I don't know whether I'm coming or going at times. The holiday season is always a rush.
Spread: One Card Draw Question: What path should I follow to overcome my shortcomings? Deck: The Fairy Ring Card(s): Ace summer (fire drake) I see a new begining/change (burning of the old), luck (horse brasses hung on the fireplace), protection (gargoyle watching from above), warmth (from the fire), and faith/hope (the representation of the four elements). Interpretation: There is a light at the end of the tunnel, I must have faith. Personal Revelance: This card means a lot to me. Like I have said before I thrive on warmth. and most of the symbols represented here speak to me loudly. Up in the upper right hand corner there is a banner with the Sag symbol (my sun sign). The banner next to it is a book (I take great joy in learning and reading). I adore gargoyles and dragons as much as I do fairies. I must have a thing with creatures with wings. The fire itself just says to me, "come sit next to me and enjoy my warmth and energy".

I think you can take comfort in this card. There are other positive symbols in this card? It is hard to see all the details in the card. I noticed two white candles burning on the mantle...a symbol of peace and/or purity. Maybe peace of mind. Very nice card.

Yeah it's hard to see the details in the card. The candle holders appear to be of gargoyle shape. The item next to the right candle is an oil lamp and next to that is a figure of what appears to be a fire goddess. I'm not quite sure what the statue on the left side of the center gargoyle is though...a pheonix maybe???. The horse brasses consist of a three crescent brass (on the left), a crescent moon brass (on the right), two ball on chain brasses (one on either side), and what looks like a ships wheel or compass (it has nine spokes).
On the left side of the fire place there is a lantern on the wall. And you can see the fireplace utensils sitting in front .

good readings anise..good job here with the cards.. It looks as if your not motivated or seeking inspritation that will motivate you..but this is with the harvest card..perhaps it is telling you to not be so hard on yourself and let ideas come and go..you will know when the right one comes to take action on it.. I see boredom with this card as well.. okay great with the other card I see a doorway , a new hope coming soon..things will began to look up! perhaps this is a new passion that will come into your life that will give you inspiration and motivation both, fire to me is passion and we must have passion in life...or we will become stagnate..

I agree Ronni thanks.
I am a bit bored though...but only with the whole Christmas gift giving thing. I don't know....I just seem so be "zoning" more and more. Almost like daydreaming but not really thinking anything. I catch myself doing that all the time. SO perhaps boredom is the answer here.

Ok again I'm going to post two readings together....I really hate doing that but I just don't have a lot of time to get on the computer lately. This time of year is so busy and I've been having more headaches which prevents me from doing a lot of things.
Spread: Three card Spread Deck: The Fairy Ring Question 1: What should I follow physically at this time? Card: 2 Autumn (Spriggan) reversed SprigganUpright: Dishonesty, theft, secrecy, gaurding Reversed: I don't get any feeling or thoughts on this in reversed other than the same one I get in upright position. Lesson: Protect what I hold valuable and dear. Question 2: What should I follow emotionally at this time? Card: A Winter (Knocker) reversed KnockerKnockers are known to help miners find the best area to dig for food in return. Upright: Material gain, help, searching, not getting much else from this one. Reversed: feelings of loss, trouble... Question 3: What should I follow spiritually at this time? Card: Lady Summer (Green Lady) reversed Green LadyUpright: Peace, beauty, abundance/full, growth Reversed: Stagnation, lacking, I really can't get a good handle on this particular reading. I wasn't feeling all that great when I started it so I'm not giving this one much weight. After I laid the cards (I lay them face down then read them one by one) I had a headache come on that felt like a train wreck. It was all of a sudden and I couldn't manage to think real clear. But this is the reading non the less. The next one is going to be long so I'll post it separately...

This next reading I did to help me get a better understanding of myself in general and my karmic lessons. Spread: Irish Cross - Karmic Lessons Deck: The Fairy Ring The spread looks like: --------10 -----------------9 ----------5 ---6 ---1 --------------------2 ---7 ---8 ----------3 ------------------4 --------Every card except the first one is read right side up. The first card is read however is lays. Card 2 is the cross card and is laid sideways, crossing card one. Cards 5, 6, 7, and 8 are all sideways too but are all read as if in the upright position. Cards 10, 9, 3, and 4 are all laid upright. The arms to this cross are not equal as you can see. Meaning for each card: 1-Major past life karma that affecting the present life. 2-Energy, issue, or person that corresponds to card 1. Past life arm 3-Past karma that needs attention 4-Past life actions/inactions that dealt with this karma Past Current Life arm 5-Issue (in current life) that began karmic reprocussions 6-Issue or event that is passing in card 5 Future Current Life arm 7-Near future 8-How card 7 is responded to...actions taken. Future Life arm 9-Early years of a future life 10-Later years of a future life Now my cards.... 1 - Winter Lady (The Blue Hag) reversed 2 - Autumn 7 (Lake Maiden)3 - Spring Knave (Tiddy Mun)4 - Spring Lady (The Green Lady)5 - Autumn Ace (Mermaid)6 - Winter 8 (Bogeyman)7 - Herfest (Herfest)8 - Winter 7 (Fachan)9 - Spring 4 (Befind)10 - Autumn Knave (Phooka)And their meaning. The numbers correspond to the card number. I summarized the meaning based off of what I got from each card. 1 The past still hurts and must be resolved. 2 There is a hidden power at work protecting and guiding me with tools for success. 3 Inmaterial success and a job well done. 4 Insignificant changes from a special place or event lead to a greater outcome. 5 Emotional fulfillment and joy from creative inspiration and love. 6 Fears and anxiety aren't worth worrying over. 7 Completion, recognition and success are all results of hard work. 8 Time to step back and meditate to help see things clearly. 9 Life changing right of passage (birth, marriage, death). 10 Trustworthy, hardworking, methodical, patient young man who is slow to anger. An even more revised version that tells the story.... Presently: There is a hidden power helping me to resolve old karma from the past. Past Life: I've made some change for the good that has had a major effect Current Life Past : Fear and anxiety are replaced with emotional fulfillment of love and spiritual inspiration. Current Life Future: I will have a time to step back and meditate on the events that have passed and what I have learned so that I may understand completely. Future Life: I become a male who is hardworking, patient, methodical and slow to anger.

Wow! That is quite a reading, Anise! I am glad you explained the spread thoroughly. I don't think I am ready for that one yet, but glad to know it is here when I'm ready.
It sounds like your spread was pretty good. Even though you have some issues still being worked on, you know that they will be dealt with. You will learn and grow as you should. Very nice!

Thanks Andin. The reading isn't that hard to do. I just kept an open mind about it. It does seem that everything is working out well though. I was quite pleased with that reading.

Spread: Dark Moon - Hidden Karma Deck: The Fairy Ring The spread looks like: --------4--------- (only drawn if card 3 is not a positive outcome) --------3--------- --------2--------- --------1--------- Meaning behind card positions: 1. Major issues from past life that remains unresolved in present life. 2. Hidden karma in present life. 3. Outcome of hidden karmic issue if no changes are made to alter this course. 4. (Only drawn if card 3 isn't a positive outcome) How to overcome the karmic debt. I did this reading to further my last reading. I wanted to know more about the karmice debt that is being resolved. My cards: Card 1 Summer 8 (Tam Lin) reversed Tam LinRestriction, banishment, guilt, fear, bad health Card 2 Spring Queen (Sea Mither) mothering nurturing, fertility, graceful Card 3 Spring 7 (Asrai) reversed Asraimaterial greed, selfishness, restriction Card 4 Summer 5 (Cro Sith) nurturing, support, comfort, unselfish love, emotional nourishment, motherhood. With all this and my last reading I get the feeling that my karmic debt is about selfishness and greed. And to overcome this debt I need to practice unselfish love. It's telling me that children can help resolve this debt. As it is now, my brother's children are a huge part of my life. I almost feel like a mother to them when I watch them. Every time I leave or am not with them I miss them and feel empty inside. I think this is definately telling me something along with the cards. My dreams even coincide with all this. I have noticed a major change in the way I am with children over the past few months. I have always loved and adored children but I never wanted my own. But now I all that is changing my whole attitude is changing. So I did another reading to see if I can find out more on this... Spread: One card draw Deck: The Fairy Ring Question: When should I begin to resolve this karmic debt? Card: Samhain Change, completion of a cycle, family ties, clairvoyance, mediumship.

Spread: One card draw Deck: Sacred Circle Question: What should I know at this time? Card: The Star hope, faith, protection, light This card literally jumped out so I took it as the card to use. This card looks promising, like the other cards it seems to be telling me that there is light within the darkness. I just have have to be patient and have hope and faith in it.
