I had to laugh when i pulled this card. I dropped it while shuffling. I put it back and hey presto!! My question was... What guidance do i need at the moment on my spiritual journey? I have absolutely no Idea on this card how i would interpret it on a spiritual question. I see her standing her ground , being strong of mind, morals and values. Keeping a balance between the spiritual and material.. I also see it as keeping the balance with my family life and spiritual journey. Keep it all going but also keep the logic in things. This is all i am getting from this card... Murphys law pops up again!! It was only earlier today I thought The Justice card for me would be the hardest to read. Only because i am thinking surely it all can't just relate to legal stuff... And here I am getting it in a spiritual One card spread.. Dancing Bear

hmm, I thin justice can mean many things, like you have already pointed out.hmm...maybe on a spiritual basis the card means the balance within you that you need to put towards life or something in your life is needing balance or justice of some kind..I would meditate on the card if it doesnt make sense darling..

Well I think Justice meant just what i initially came up with. I need to balance my emotions out and try to intergrate my healing journey with family life. Today I thought i would choose 3 cards. I really didnt mean them to be a spread, Just pulled them out with the Question What does Justice mean regarding my spiritual journey. As you said Lilacsky If i continuously draw this card It could be your guide. Well I am working with a guide at the moment, An Indian Girl from the Indus Valley India. She has been very insightful and has helped me see how i can follow my own Star. A Long road, But worth while. This card I see to do with the Emotions. In light of my question, I do beleive it is saying what i have already said I need to balance out my negative and positive emotions, Balance out all emotion and family life.. As this is a very emotional journey I am going on, at times it feel like a roller coaster. Also this card She is staring into the Lake, to me this is a very calming madatative thing, Maybe also this card is saying to me take a bit of time out to evaluate reorganise thoughts, and also get into nature to balance it out a bit better. 3 Wands says i am looking for answers and yet i already have them, Its like a continous search because i am not trusting my own Self. If i look at what i have got i will realise that i already have everything I need. Dancing Bear

Hi everyone. Well i have just embarked on a Huge project. I am going to make my own deck of Tarot. I will be using John William Waterhouses Paintings, Modfying them to suit the Tarot. I have posted up in the other Forum asking for a bit of help seeing as I am new to Tarot. I will Post a separate Thread in this forum to keep you all updated. and of course for feedback which will be very much Valued. The reason I am posting in here also is because I am going to choose a card relating to the creation of this new Deck. feed back would be good. Question; Will I be successful with pairing J.W.Waterhouses paintings to the Tarot? I only used the Majors because I had separated them earlier to start matching the cards to paintings. You Wouldnt read about it!!! I chose the Star.... Wooo Hoooo!!! My Guide is with me everywhere Lilacsky. I'm obviously going to need some help. So please feel free Guys. DB

Well I have just started to practice read for others ( seriously without the book) with my Tarot, and WOW!!! The results are amazing!! I am so pleased with myself. I never knew how to really interpret the Court cards, either as a person or particular traits. I really dont have that problem anymore, They tell me what they represent. Its really wierd, I am getting the same sort of messages and visions as i would if i were Palm reading. Its like I am really connected to the cards or they me. Someone drew the Page of Cups the other day, the first instant i thought Oh! Sh**t a court card. I was determined not to use the book though. Then all of a suddden it came to me, And the words just flooded out of my mouth. I even could visualise the person in the querents life the card pertained to. I just think How COOL are the Tarot. :-)
i chose the Sun before I started the readings , *Another huge Grin* :-)
I am experiencing at the moment a thing where I know exactly what the card means completely on the inside but to relay that meaning in words so others would understand is a bit difficult. I am finding this at the moment. ( finding it hard to find the words) Has anyone exoperienced this with the Tarot and how have you overcome it? Does it just go and you find your way anyway?

yay dancing bear, good job darlin! as far as the moon go's hmm, now this card can be tricky because to me when asking about ourselves , perhaps it is showing we do not yet know, meaning it is unrevealed to us..or we are not looking at ourself objectively , ..but I would not dwell on the moon long because to me it can also mean growing in awareness/psychic ability/dreams even..I know that sometimes it means to pay attention to our dreams and the answers are there..the moon in tarot is said to be bador not so positive, but I don't see it that way..I see it as seeing past illusions that we create..

Thanks Lilacsky. I totally read it wrong!!! A BIG LOL!!! I interpreted it as this person is starting to see the shadow and the light in themselves, aware of most facets to themselves, Being cautious by nature, and also searching deeper for truths, searching more into the spiritual. OOpsy daisy. Mind you I dont think I was too far off really for the person, Just the card. I also see the Moon in a more positive light rather than negative.

thats okay, ya know I think there are no set rules to tarot I mean if you get something from a card I would stick with it, if it is strong feelings about a card go with it. there are no right and wrongs..thats how I see them anyway..since there are a billion meanings to them..I think it depends on the person getting the reading and their energy mostly.

Yeh Its hard with the cards I have chosen to read because they are not the traditional images and very detailed. I Love them, but find them not very traditional. So therefore I have a little bit of a harder time learning. Not only the traditional meanings but the meanings that go with my cards. I try to intergrate them to an extent, But as said before a funny thing is happening when I read the cards I am now getting visions with them, so I am having to go with those as well. It starts becoming a bit confusing but I am going with the flow and see how I go. The worst anyone can say is I'm full of Dog Dooo!! LOL!! I havent had that so far. Whether they are just being nice LOL!! I am absolutely loving reading the Tarot and can't wait till the next reading I do. Thanks for your guidance

lol yep, just keep practising youll get it! and ya know if your cards are not clear, perhaps take a break and go back to them, but if they persist on being nonclear I would go out and get another deck, because its important to have one you can "read"..good luck darlin.

Yes I have thought this too!! I just Love the Voyager deck Its on my Wish List, I am also waiting on the Da Vinci Enigma Deck also. And Am now searching fro Cards to also print My Waterhouse Deck onto. So will have a bit of a selection to choose from in the Future.. I think the problem with the HArmonious Deck is Me, I am so use to winging things by myself that I have a tendancy to ignore all conventional meanings to things and go it intuitively. The problem lays in the fact I am trying to intergrate both the traditional meanings from the book and also seeing intuitively what the cards mean, and sometimes both menaings are different, this is what confuses me.. But as I am writing this I remember a reading i got donr for me not long ago, The woman came up with alsorst of things in some of the cards that were not the traditional meanings, so i am thinking this is how it all works, Go by your intuitions Once you know the traditional menaings because The Tarot are after all only a tool to tap into our abilities, and everyones abilities differ as do our interpretations. I hope all that made sense.
