OK...the other day I was dreaming in cartoon (see my dream journal for details). So what I wanted to know is whether anyone else has ever dreamed this way? Or am I just letting my boys watch too many cartoons? ;D

No I haven't dreamed in cartoon....
But on a similar note I have dreamed that I was in a video game...I watch my husband play BF2 a lot and I have dreamed that I was in the game. I have also dreamed I was in games that I play. It's just that you dream what your conscious mind is used to seeing.

Ahhh...so I am letting them watch too many cartoons...haha! I guess I better turn it off sometimes or watch a non-cartoon show every once in a while...hehehe.

Honestly I don't remember...lol...that's pretty sad, huh? I remember it was in cartoon and the boys were short and reminded me of a combination of Timmy Turner from Fairly Oddparents and Denise the Menace (which is strange). It might have been more muted, but I just really don't know. It happened so fast.

I dream in cartoon aften when I go to sleep right after watching cartoons. Like Anise said I dream in video game style the most or movie style in which. In video game style I'll often be actually playing a video game in the dream but then I will be in the game without me realizing I've made the switch. In movie style dreams I will be in the dream and know it's all just a movie we're either making or that I'm in and at the end of these dreams it often ends in me being in a theater and seeing the last scene take place or seeing the credits rolling and I'll get up and leave the theater.

I dream about these set of cartoonish teeth that opened up and I jumped right threw to the other side and Dr. Seuss was there rhyming away about going to the moon and back. I was one of the characters. I don't know if there is a Dr. Seuss book about that. I wish I could have remember the whole rhyming story. Hehe! ;D

Yes , me too ....Andin,.... I remember only two so far that were all in cartoon, I am sorry that I can't remember what they were all about ..?
As for your kids... I could not get enough cartoons as a kid , now that I think of it ...those were the times I remember as the good times of my childhood....All work and no play ,makes a crappy day for a kid....I think it is one of those great ways to escape from the daily stress, and find reasons for going to school...I would not have had such a great childhood if cartoons were not there for me to dream and be creative,,,,bugs bunny , flintstones, spiderman,ect.......cartoons today are still not as good as the old ones .
Dreaming in cartoon , I think is a different thing altogether , I do not think it has anthing to do with your kids....but maybe that you can connect ,and maybe enjoy them as much as your kids.

Thanks everyone...I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one. This was the first time I ever dreamed like this so I thought it was really strange. Happy to know it's not that strange at all!
