I'm not trying to offend anyone, but I would be concerned about anyone who would try to continue a path of the dark side or black magic. To summon a spirit or demon can't be good, or safe for that matter. I feel that once people cross that line it's too easy for them to "Not be a good person anymore." I feel that the good will always override the bad. Remember Star Wars, in Return of The Jedi? Before Darth Vader died, he realized that all that hatred got him nowhere. His spirit crossed over to the good side. A lot like real life, if you want to compare. Okay, now don't laugh at my Star Wars comment! LOL! I had to compare it to something! LOL! Peace Out~

I think herbs are great for a lot of uses, and I would like to maybe try some this year for some remedies. I have not tried this yet, but am very curious. A lot of them just smell good, and are very relaxing! I usually grow herbs in my planters, but I actually like cooking with them!! I was wondering if any of you have tried Green Tea. I try to drink it at least a couple times a week, as it is very high in antioxidents, and I believe it protects the cells in your body. Well I don't want to jinx myself, but I haven't gotten sick in a long long time.... (Knock on wood!) I've heard that White Tea is better, although I haven't tried it yet. I prefer the organic stuff too!!

Hey guys, I was just doing a general search on OBE's and I came across a good article. I don't know who the author is, or when it was dated. It mainly talks about scientific reasoning for separating the conscience and body. You can check it out at www.beemaster.com/obe.html

Hiya Ronni! I really liked the spirit quest website. Good info on OBE's, chakras, and more! It's now under my list of favorites, so when I have time I can go and read them! Thanks!

Lilac, sorry about your mom's dog. I hope your mom will be okay, as I know how connected people can be with their animals. I'm hoping your mom will be able to feel his spirit around her. He probably will never leave her. God Bless her and Buddy.

Well I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who goes through this! I guess as it is, we only use a small percent of our brainpower. If we knew how to use 100% of our brain we could accomplish anything we set our mind to. Imagine being able to OBE at will, at anytime. Okay, maybe I'm jumping the gun. Who knows, maybe those extraterrestrials have the upper hand on that one. LOL!

Lately I've seem to be sensing that something is wrong, but I can't figure out what I'm sensing. For example, I'd wake up in the middle of the night, thinking about my neighbor, and being really upset, then later to learn her father died the next day. Then recently a family member died, but before I found out, I just felt like I was in a bad mood and irritable the whole day for no apparent reason. Is it normal to sense things like this? Has anyone had the same types of experience, and if so what is it? I am trying to be more open minded and spiritual about things, but in a good type of way. Thanks for any advice. ~Kronic

How about seeing a ghost? Would that be crossing over? I'm pretty sure that's what it was, and I don't think I'll ever forget. I was about five years of age and my brother and I snuck into my parent's master bedroom, which was located in the back of the house. We started jumping up and down on the bed (like it was a trampoline). Well, my brother decided he was bored and left, but I kept jumping and jumping. I then slipped and my head crashed into the corner of my mom's dresser. All I remember is that I screamed and I was laying in a puddle of blood. Before my mom got there, I looked up and say an old woman standing in the doorway pointing to me and hackling (laughing) at me! It was horrible. After that, I blacked out and woke up on the way from the hospital. I had later found out from my mom, I was unconcious when she came in the room, and I had to have stitches. I asked my mom who was there laughing at me, and she said it was nobody. I will never forget what I saw, and know it was real. Maybe I was in between a concious and unconciouss state since I eventually blacked out. I could have seen the lady then. When I got much older my sister let me know that a woman had passed away in the house. I'm almost sure it was her. Who else could it have been?

Michael you sound gifted in some way of astral projection. I think you need to write and publish your own book! You might be surprised, and could get it published! Just a word of encouragement! I posted my own OBE on 12/18 in Dreamer's guild. I believe it was a very lucid dream that went into an OBE State. Do you think this is possible? I've also been having more lucid dreams on a regular basis too. Well anyways, have a good Christmas or holiday season!

Hi ya Michael! Sounds like some valuable information on meditation. I'm going to try it when I have the time, along with the peace and quiet. You sound like the old pro here! LOL! I'm reading this book on unlocking the 7 Chakras and it has meditation practices in in. Well to tell you the truth I read half of the book and it started to bore me. Ha ha! Well their methods on meditation to unlock your energy centers were very repetitive, and last night I was thinking, "Why do I need some book that tells me the same thing over and over, when I should just jump in and do this?" Not that it is a bad book, but it focuses more on forgiving and channeling out your negative energy from your past. Well that's hard to do as well, and will probably take me a while anyways. I guess I'm just a no nonsense girl, and like to cut to the chase. I'm trying to be patient though... Well thanks for the info! Peace!

Well here's something funny. There's a religion where they worship cows, so to kill one or eat one is sac-religious. I knew a guy once who said he could not eat pork(Maybe Muslim?), as it was dirty to their religion. But they'll eat beef, chicken, and fish. Then one of my good friends refuses to eat any type of seafood. She says they're scavengers, and need to be left alone. But she loves steak! MOOOOO!! Me, I eat just about any type of food, especially when I feel like my body craves it. Especially Sushi, yum yum!

Thanks CC, as I kind of thought that this was more than a lucid dream. If this happens again (hopefully) I will try to be more assertive and just state that "I am outside". I'm sure if my mind believes it, then I can make it happen. (Going outside my house, of course!) Other than that it was kind of trippy, but I'd definately like to experience this again! Well good night and talk to ya later!! Peace! Lady~B

A wierd thing happened with my dream last night and I was wondering if anyone thinks that a lucid dream could turn into an OBE? Hard to say, but since I didn't have that much control over it, but I was aware, it's probably a more intense lucid dream. Here's mainly what happened. I had a lucid dream that I was sitting next to my husband on the couch and as I looked over I saw that he was fast asleep. I realized that I was dreaming so I stood right up and told myself, "I'm having a lucid dream." I then decided to see if I could fly. As I raised my arms I was floating around my living room and then my whole house. I then went over to our sliding glass door to see if I imagined this, and managed to open the door. My dog greeted me, but I was unable to step outside. I told my dog to go lay down and floated around some more. I then walked up to a window of my house and was able to put my arm through the window leading to the outside. For some reason though, I could not figure out how to get my body through the entire house. The next thing I knew, it's like I just opened my eyes and I was laying on my bed, but I felt too tired to move, like I couldn't get up, and then I really couldn't figure out whether I was dreaming or awake in real life. As I layed there, I suddenly heard voices coming from my living room. I could have sworn somebody said my name, and then there was giggling. Hmm.. Okay, this kind of startled me a little bit, and I was afraid to get up and go check. I was just laying there like I was afraid to move, and I kept telling myself, "Go back to sleep." I believe after that I went back to sleep until the morning, but that's all that happened. So, in anyone's personal experience, do you think this was a vivid lucid dream, or OBE or a combination of both? I think because I was startled I snapped myself out of it! Well maybe if I psyche myself up enough I will conquer my fears....

Thanks CC! Yeah I think it had a lot to do with my fears and taking risks in life. I also thought about taking control of that dream as well, as I have been having lucid dreams more frequently. How cool would it be to know that if I was aware of the diving situation, then take control, and to really enjoy the freedom of it all? I guess that's something I'll have to work on. It would be nice though to turn it more into a pleasant dream. I'm glad you had fun in yours though! Well take care now! Lady_B

I've always had these re-occuring dreams about being surrounded by swimming pools. I was wondering what these dreams could mean, if anyone has a guess. In my dreams I'm always surrounded by pools and water and am afraid to walk because I might fall into one of them. Then last night I had another diving board dream. These dreams always reoccur as well. I see people diving off of the high dive at some school, and when it's my turn to go, I climb up to the top, and the board gets higher and higher, so I'm afraid to go. I'm guessing that I'm afraid to try something new, or make a change. The funny thing is, I'm a not one bit afraid of swimming pools or water and love to swim. In my dreams it's always the opposite.

I wonder if a white animal signifies that one will have a daughter born! Well let me know if you dream of any white cats or anything. LOL!
