well don't worry about it, in fact take naps and do it, and on a morning when you have nothing to do, set your alarm exstra early allow yourself to have only four hours of sleep and than get up for an hour or so,and than lay back down and try the techniques or affirmations and let yourself fall asleep..and you should find yourself inbetween states where you can launch an obe..

sweety you just end up there and to get there you must let your body fall asleep and let your mind go through the stages, which really what happens is your mind also falls to sleep for a moment only as your body does than you end up inbetween sleep and awake, this is the state you need to be to launch obes, and lucid dreams, it is crucial in obes ..because you are controlling your subconscious.. so try this and dont' focus to hard , do the affirmations, and let yourself fall asleep and see what happens...

yeah sometimes ya need a break, and sometimes it happens when you take a break lol..so maybe youll get lucky section, just keep focusing on your dreams, again the most important thing I think right now..

Yeah I don't even need to dream recall....i'm dreaming like mad. AHHH! I can remember at least 5 dreams when I wake it's really awesome.
