Well, yes do you have any techniques that to train the mind to be outa of body, I was doing an interesting visulisation last night while I was outside looking at the moon. I imagined that I flew up throught the clouds and was standing on the moon looking back at earth, when I turned around i was actually suprised to find that I wasnt standing on the moon. anywho diversions aside.
Yeah my mind is a bit of a pain as far as not shutting up, sometimes I end up not being able to sleep much at night, and when trying to meditate well it's much the same

yeah thats cool Blank, thats a good visual.. hm,well I used to have the same problem with my mind, I now just close it out, shut it off in a way, I just don't think...lol and I just lay there.. so maybe you should also do some training of closing your mind a bit too... just sit there and block everything out, its easy..I know because I have an active mind, one thought after another, but I just ignore it, and eventually it will go away..since it is you feeding it thoughts lol..

Thought I'd better post in here in case u thought i'd been sucked off the face of the earth... meditation is comming along well I got my arms to go numb right up to my shoulders. In previous attempts it was only upto the elbows, although it felt a bit weird so I stopped and i'll have another go tonight. Plus the meditation is starting to help blance me out a bit more consistantly, so ah yeah havnt been having any dreams for some time... well take care

always happens, well this was an interesting set of dreams and the best thing is that I've already firugred out wat they mean
I was way out in the bush somewhere it was in new zealand and I was talking to my mums boyfriend.. or my dad it looked like mums bf, but i felt like it was my dad I hopped into a jeep or somthing and started driving along a forest path.. end of that dream, the next dream started more as random images and I cant really make out any of them, then I rember standing there was hills around and a large bunker of some sort it was snowing I must have gone into the bunker and climbed into a bed a friend of mine was there from work and I rember we put our where face to face and our foreheads and noses where touching and I think thats about it
yep i'll take another look at the energy work.

interesting, im happy to hear that your doing well with dream recall, I hope it continues for you..and if you take a look at my journal you will see how I write things..and how to take note of symbols and things, I learned that I don't have to write the entire dream out, unless the entire thing has symols that I need, so Usualy I just write what stands out to me, this way I learn my own personal meanings and learn my dream themes as well.and began to bridge connections and start making sence of my dreaming launguage.. best of luck to ya!..

I'm a bit scattered at the mo, but yeah i'd be keen to particapaite in pretty much any activity on here, I was actually thinkin i'd be good to see how many people on here wanna do the celestine experimental guide as a group, I found it by accident(or was it?) but it's kinda a group thing where you all go throught the book, looking at the insights and sharing each persons personal experiences and interpretations although it's published as a seperate book, but yeah I think it was you that put me onto the celestine about 2 months ago or somthing, if we put the exercises up on the net then every one can join

Well interesting things since last post, the first was I was lying in bed trying to sleep when A friend of mine just showed up next to me I thought it was a little wierd but meh I fell asleep quickly after she arrived. Anywho I was talking to her again last night and she mentioned that I had popped up in her bed reached over and gave her a great big hug. So i'm a travelling but have no recollection of it. also this kinda bothers me, because I dont really think I should be doing that kinda thing but if I dont know I'm doing it how do I ensure that it all remains appropriate..

well perhaps it didn't happen and your friend hallucinated it/dreamed it because she wants it to happen lol..thats just my opinion.. if you are traveling and not aware of it..I would use the old alarmclock to break your sleep patterns..this way you will gain lucidity..and also recall your adventures a bit easier..I use to do this a while ago..and it seemed to work for me..I think existenceisadream does the same thing.. good luck

oh yeah sounds good I usually goto bed about 1 or 2ish and get up at about 10:30 I work nights so yeah I like to get 8 hours sleep.
As for my friend I doubt it, she is an experienced traveller and the one who made me aware of it. We are good friends although I seem to find that our connection is a bit funnie it feels like our past lives have crossed but for some reason I feel that this is the first time we have met.
