HI BLake and Every Member reading this. I would like to get started back on my energy work and have come to you for help. I need to get help from someone who is experienced like you in the energy work subject.
Here are some of the questions that troubles me.
Do you practice Robert Bruces NEW Energy Ways?
If yes How do I get my mind around the sensational visualization from NEW?
I use to be able to stimulate my feet with the sensational visualization but now I cannot do this.
Such visualizations such as the white light visualizations requires someone to visualize white light around there body.
How can I get my mind around the visual visualizations of white light energy?
because I can't see the white light to visually visualize it.

Hi Micheal. Sorry I'm not Blake, I am also sorry i am not familiar with Robert Bruce.. But i am familiar with Visualisation and Energy working.. but what i would do if i could not visualise the white light, I would try anyway and believe it is there... Believing it is there even if we cannot see it also has the same power. Believing we are protected even though we cannot see the source of the protection, we are still protected because we feel and believe it.. Believing we are grounded even if we cannot see the roots coming from our feet, we are still grounded. This is the basic concept of belief systems, we cannot see God but beleive he is there.. I hope this helped if it didnt ignore me completely

Oh Thankyou Micheal for not ignoring me. I hope it helped.. I think all energy working and visualisation starts with believing it is there. Once you start believing and experiencing the effects of it you start to get a knowing. I only once upon a time a go believed in in everyone had a different vibration and energy to them. When i would do reading i honestly believed i could sense it and tune into it, With a little patience and experimenting I was right after all. Now it is effortless to tune into someone elses vibration. many many people do it unknowingly too!! I now know it exsists.. To cover myself with white light I would imagine draping awhite sheet overmyself starting from my head and let it drop down over me effortlessly allowing it to touch the floor.. If I could not see it i would literally do it. Out of eyesight of everyone else of course. Get a white sheet and place it upon your head and watch it drop over you.. Now next tiem you want to visualise this try to remember what your experiment looked like, how it felt etc.. practice make perfect.. Good Luck Michael xx

I wouldn't worry Michael, these things can come and go. In my opinion it through this belief, that becomes knowing. I know you can summon light, because you spread light, even within this thread. The light is you, in you, and all around you, it can be just hard to see it, because belief is not always knowing. Sometimes we feel alone, and we believe it.
Jesus had to face the Devil, and he had to face him for a long time. I bet it was not easy, but he prevailed through it, and kept spreading light, through his actions.
I think we are all facing the this, everyday, and as we climb out we learn more and more, about these ways, and then can then show others. If someone does not know the darkness, can they know the light?
Teachings from the darkness, bring light and joy. They bring strength. The Buddha will not turn Mara away, because the Buddha knows that Mara's job is important, it is crucial. Without Mara, would there be a Buddha? Or, would Buddha be able to see Mara, if 'he' did not know him?
I would say patience is key, and continue being the light you are.

I agree, belief is half the battle in visualizations, practice and patience the other half. Don't give up, keep trying. Meditate beforehand also, you will get it. Blessed be and prayers for your success

Yes with much neditation and practice you will get visualization. Yes and what Dancing Bear said; Hehe... haven't we all as little children frighten in the dark put ourselves completely under our covers and then felt very safe. Our light is that cover that protects for no darkness/neg can pentrated it. Kind of reminds me of that little christian song children are taught. This little light of mind I'm gonna let it shine. Let it shine, Let it shine, Let it shine. Hey, I was a school day school teacher for 15 years, please don't beat me on the head for that. ;D I really did enjoy teaching those children love and light and getting much love and light back from them.

Hey Michael, Im not a huge fan of Bruce just because his style does not fit me. Energy is something that can change massive amounts and due to many things. I find that when i feel lacking i go back to simple basics. I look at my diet that is ohhh so important. I pay attention to how much time ive spent in the sun (and moon) this again can make huge differances and since i work at night its sometimes a lacking area for me. I look at the negativity around me and i even will spend an entire day just "seeing myself" where did i burn up energy today and can i avoid it the next time. And also do not forget to change things up for yourself at times. Dont use all the same techniques learn new ones and try them out. Its not like weight lifting where one technique burns out but more like we just need to add some new to our existing style. Energy is everywhere and everything so controlling it is a massive effort one of the hardest any of us will learn. If non of this gets you around it try to fast for 24 hours (water only). It has never failed me the day after a fast is unexplainable but energizer rabbit comes to mind.

I am begining to think the more we stand still meaning the more we are stagnate, so does our spiritual selves..does this make sense? what I mean is I think change of residence/work/friends etc,..can play a major role in all spiritual endeavors. we need change, its good for us in all areas of our wellbeing.

I think you are right on the money. I cannot emphasize enough pay attention to yourself. A friend explained it like this to me. Look at all the differant paths like alchemy, shamanism, hindu, whatever. They are all headed in the same direction so why not borrow from each? learn to meditate in differant ways learn to gather energy like a tibeten and like a alchemist mix it up just like you would mix up exercise thats what it is anyways excercising the soul. I think being stagnate in any area mind, body,or spirit does not allow us to be full circle. Residence, work, and friends fits exactly but some of those are not so common of changes.

Yes, if one thing doesn't work for you don't dwell on it, try something different. Change is good.

I agree with you all, change is a good thing, but too much can be stressful. Also, fighting change can be down right painful. I agree too, that there is much to learn from all the different paths and to limit yourself to just one would be a real shame. The older one gets the more ruts you may find yourself getting into...you may be there along time before you realize that you're there.

I still haven't heard from blake yet.
Im getting the hang of orb visualizations last night a got a bit of a 3rd eye stimulation. It will take a bit of time and practice to get my skill back. But hey it's worth the wait.
I have abandoned my practice therefore starting as a newbie to visualization. Which again can cause spontaneous obe combustion.
I wrote this beautiful article once on orb visualization on the WB OBE forum. Does anyone know where it is?
Does anybody remember that article I posted in the WB OBE forum in the obe technique section.
It's top notch. You guys would love it to bits.
