From Meditation, to Hypnagogic, to Trance, to OBE.
This thread will help you understand meditation more better. Then it will tell you how too use meditation to enter the hypgogic state then trance state. From the trance state you have good good odds to obe.
Meditation is very valuable. It's a time for information to be processed threw our heads. A time for making decisions. IT can be negative or positive. We can make meditation a time for thinking or we can block, this off completely threw will. The stronger that we block it off, using will... The more valuable information filters threw the mind. That's were we touch base with insight. But the thoughts keep flowing because of all the unanswered dreaming about thoughts.
What a mean by dreaming is. (Day dreaming) The deeper the meditation the more impulsive subconscious thoughts flow in. Some are more valuable and some are not. As you will notice.
Meditation gives the wanting for changes in our lives. But the QUESTION is are we up for the challenge? The odds less likely to be fulfilled. Because we like to stay the way we are. And that's who we are.
Im talking from first hand experience I prematurely projected from meditation. Yes that's right the boring state to be in.
Lol in only 2 sessions in 2 days of meditation together with constant source of affirmations during the meditation sessions. I had a lucid dream. With the obstacle of having a neg attachment and deep sleep non REM medication.
To meditate we need to be in the right frame of mind. Some days we really have a big WANT to obe.
So we are motivated to take action !
Now sprinkle as much belief and affirmations on top of your own meditation. Don't stop affirmation in your head. The stronger the intention the stronger the will.
Now to identify the complications of belief. First we need start believing in our affirmations during meditation. Then the doubts shows up in our minds. Keep fighting this doubt with affirmations until you completely sure it's gone for good! And you 100% support your new believes for the intentions to obe tonight. AMPLIFY the supported belief as much as you can.
Then you have to conquer fear of the unknown for the first time in trance. Keep loading those affirmations of being fearless. Even better use a topaz over your chest something that feels like support you. It supports your little fear problem. Ever one has fear once they first obe. I’m not talking a MASSIVE amount of fear.
I’m talking about a slight insecurity of the unknown. Insecurity of letting go of our consciousness Which will block your chances to obe.
Now when your have done what needs to be done and have setup the right state of mind frame… At least and 40-60mins meditation. That’s all you need when you feel ready.
For entering and passing hypnagogic state then to the TRANCE STATE.
Step 1 making yourself comfortable- VITAL
First of all Make sure you spend 1-4 mins making yourself as comfortable as possible on the back. You must remember that good presentation is good intention to obe. Get inside those covers like you naturally do but lying on your back. YOU WILL NOTICE DISCOMFORT after getting closer to sleep. TAKE OFF ALL pressure points that you can feel all over your body. You will notice that your toes that will start to build up pain once you get closer to sleep. The heavy covers will make your toes in pain. Kick lightly to make room at the back of your bed so you feet feel comfortable. Next is to align your back. This is done lying on your back. Then move your back upwards into a vertical back position. Think about it as a 90 degree angle. With legs striaghtly aligned on the bed horizontally.. From this point I wont you too, then slowly with, curved back create this position. Keep this position and align your back down to the mattress. You will feel noticeably comfortable once you’ve done this properly. Do not keep hand’s above on your chest. I have found out that it causes blood circulation problems. Keep your left arm resting on the mattress pointing south. The feet is your south in this position. Your right arm is your strong arm and this arm pays well to keep suspended or elevated. I will explain how to do that further on during your reading.
Step 2 preparing yourself for hypnagogic to destination trance state.
Now here's a trick I’ve learnt from another technique. Once you get tired and almost asleep… PUT your hand up in the air. Make sure that your elbow is resting on the mattress and your arm is suspended off the mattress. The arm needs to be vertically up.
Step 3 The Battle
The battle has just began. This battle is fighting sleeping. Unconsciously you will probably get out of this position when your mind passes out. So it’s game over. Or you might consciously choose to get out of this position because your brain commands you to move into your side position..
The other battle is the insecurity of not wanting to try something new.
Step 4 if you’ve made it so far. Your on your way !
