I know that many here do this regularily already.
One of the best ways I have learnt to meditate is through pondering of enigmas, or unexplained phenomena, or new ideas.
One may get very good at pondering ideas like time, spirit, dreaming, psychic abilities, the list is endless.
As we increase our pondering abilities they develop into absract ways, that we have never before given thought to.
Many paradox's exist in this world/dream, and through pondering them, we can gain ideas, to develop and integrate into our enhancing awareness.
I have found that the kundalini can be opened in this manner, through simply pondering our world.
Different states of mind, or awareness, can be found, as we open up new ideas, and new possibilities. These states, that may be found through ponderings, can then become our natural state of functioning in the world, in a way developing a meditative state that becomes our way of being. As we open new realisations, and gain new insight, we keep these new realisations with us, when we venture into the world, keeping our eyes open, and continuously opening.
Our state of mind becomes enhanced, as our awareness deepens into arcane areas previously unknown to us.
When our intention is made to open new doors through pondering the mind, we can be surprised to see just what pops into our heads, and where it may be coming from. The mind is a wide open concept, like a blank canvas in which we paint.
The ideas we develop and accept in our mind, can be called our inner will, which effects and connects, more and more, to our outer will, the world around us, though not seperate is seen as 'outside' of our mind. Connections can be made between the two.
Realisations made in this way, effects directly everything in our lives. So the 2nd step to pondering meditation, is to observe the outside world through newly opened eyes, again and again.
