As a horticultural fanatic, I have been researching herbs for the past few years. I will list a few herbs and oils, that contain properties that aid in healing, magick, and astral travel. Herbs and oils have been used for as long as people have known about them. Every herb and oil known to us has a history of magickal properties. Use only one herb or oil at a time, or you may get a jumble of astral experiances.
Bay- wreath-crowns of bay laurel leaves were given to victors by the ancient Greeks. Bay was sacred to Apollo, Sun god and later ruler of the Delphic oracle. It promotes psychic awareness.
Calandula- Taken internally is effective in removing infections of many kinds. It also can produce psychic dreams.
Chamomile- Restfull sleep and releives tensions to aid in astral experiances.
Cinnamon- Oil is irritating. It produces psychic awareness.
Clary Sage- Its musty scent promotes calmness, and dreaming. When smudging this herb will cleanse the air, and remove negative energies, and spirits.
Deer's tounge- Used by reader of tarot, runes, etc, to enhance their psychic abilities. At night it will enhance astral travel.
Frankincense- Oil is irritating to the skin. Oil dates back 3000 years. It will make you more aware of spiritual realms, reduces stress, and releases the conscious mind's control over the superconscious mind.
Honeysuckle- In magick it is associated with increasing money. Also increasing psychic awareness.
Hyacinth- Strong, sweet smell stops nightmares and promotes peaceful sleep.
Iris- Dried root of the florentine iris is called orris root. It strengthens the connection between the conscious mind and the psychic centres.
Jasmine- Oil is expensive. Reacts directly with your emotional centres, quieting nervousness, and promoting spirituality and psychic dreams.
Lavender- Very relaxing and calming. Reduces headaches, and promotes peaceful sleep.
Lilac- Said to drive away ghosts. Was used in mystery schools to promote far-memory, or recalling past lives.
Lotus or water lily- Used in anciant Middle east, India and Egypt to promote peace and tranquility. Also promotes positive Feng Shui.
Mace- Enhances psychic awareness.
Mimosa- Yellow flowers are sweet smelling. Opposite of lilac this promotes future sight. Also aids in understanding dream symbols.
*Mugwort*-Oil is hazardous, so only use only sprigs and leaves. Used by seers and mystics as an aid in divination. Leaves rubbed on crystal balls to strengthen their power. Also a very strong aid to astral travel when placed under your pillow.
Myrrh- Aids in medatation, and enhances one's awareness of the spiritual realms.
Nutmeg- Opener of the psychic centers.
Sandalwood- Helps with meditation, and raising one's spiritual vibrations.
Star anise- Promotes psychic awareness.
Sweetgrass- Cleanses your body of negative spirits and energy, when the smoke is wafted all around your body. Sweet vanilla smell promotes calmness.
Yarrow- Odour helps the conscious mind to a point where it allows psychic communication. I will add more at a later time. Thanks.

Flirting...lol. Well if you know the face of your possible employer you can enter a deep medatative state, concentrate hard on the face, and send positive thought forms out to him/her about yourself. This is powerful, I have been doing this for a long time to get many things I want. There are also a few spells that can help, and i will try to find them in one of my books.
As for aromatherapy, i love it! Smells are very strong, and they touch directly to your soul. I burn oils, incense, spriges, etc, all day long, to protect me, my house, my friends etc. My favorites are patctchouli for strength, lavender for relaxing, sweetgrass and sage for protection, and vanilla for sensualness. The best part is making these oils yourself, from the plants I grow! I am glad you like me being here as I find your forum great! So thanks again for introducing me to it.

I mean that would probably work, perhaps today Ill do some magic, I haven't done much in a while.. and awesome you like aromatherapy too, I know I am constantly burning candles/incence and oils in my house, it smells so good in here, one of my favorites is cinnamon, because it is good for psychic awareness and also arousal lol..for me anyway, and oh vanilla, I wear vanilla perfume because I love it so much , plus its an aphrodisiac and natural stimulant for me.. and yeah I love patchouly too, I take a huge helping of dried herbs and spread it around my house, in plants and stuff to encourage prosperity and manifestations of my desires..hehe and what are springes???

Yes the name of the company works good too. Vanilla is definately an aphrodesiac, at least for me! A sprig is just by plucking a twig of say, lavender with the leaves on it. Yeah cinnamon is great too, allthough I have to go out and buy some as I am out! When I said flirting I meant you should flirt with the interviewer to get the job! lol. but you can flirt with me too if you want! lol. As soon as you meet him/her start immediatly to send these positive thoughts, but don't lose concentration on what he/she is saying, or you run a chance of looking spacey!

Just curious about how the interview went, if you've had it yet of course.
That list of herbs is a wonderful reference. Thanks a lot for posting it.
I favor lavender (relaxation), white sage (cleansing), and peppermint (stimulant and headache reliever)

Almond Wood= Burn it for money, riches and wisdom. Almond wood also makes a nice magickal wand. Sweet Almond Oil is a primary carrier oils for ritual and anointing blends.

Put fresh ash leaves under your pillow to stimulate psychic dreams. Place ash leaves in your pocket to attract true love.
Dragon's Blood (Draceana Draco) Burn for love, exorcism, and sexual potency. Use to increase courage and magickal power as well as energy, and strength. A pinch of Dragon's blood added to other incenses increases their potency and power.
Elder= Elder wands can be used to drive out evil spirits or thought forms. A Dryad "Elder Mother" is said to live in the tree, she will haunt anyone who cuts down her wood. The flowers can be used to aid in wish-fulfillment spells. Wood is NOT to be burned as it is sacred to Hecate. Flowers are used in an altar offering. Hung over doorways and windows, it keeps evil from the house. Carry Elder to preserve against the temptation of adultery. Aids in concecrating.
Fever Few= Travelers carry it as a ward against sickness or accidents during journeys.
Hawthorn= An herb of fertility, and as such is usedd in weddings. Wands made of hawthorn have great power (I use one lol). The blossoms are highly erotic. Use for Fertility magic, protection, defense, and chastity. Hawthorn is sacred to the fairies, and is part of the tree fairy triad of Britain "Oak, Ash and Thorn" and where all three trees grow together it is said that one may see fairies. The Hawthorn is said to hold the gateway to the fairy realm.
Oak=The Oak is a tree of the sun and is sacred to Brighid and the Dagda. Oak symbolized abundance, fertility, longevity, protection, and the ability to withstand the lightening blasts(oak doesn't grow over noxious zones). All parts of this tree are powerfully protective as charms, which aid healing. Magic wands are made of Oak Wood. Oak Galls, known as Serpent's Eggs, were used in magical charms. Their acorns bring fertility and abundance to any endeavor. Carry one for luck. Acorns gathered at night hold the most fertility powers. Burning oak leaves purifies the air. Acorns draw money, burn the wood for good health, strength, power, protection, and defense.
Thyme= Thyme is burned as an incense to purify the area. A place where wild thyme grows will be a powerful energy center. A magical cleansing bath uses the tea made with thyme and marjoram poured into your bath. A pillow stuffed with thyme prevents nightmares. Thyme is often burned prior to magical rituals to cleanse the area. Carried and smelled to give courage and energy.
Tobacco= Some shamanic 'apprentices' must drink tobacco juice to induce visions as part of their training. Tobacco has been used in religious ceremonies by the American Indians. Many people still regard the plant as sacred. Tobacco is a magick substitute for sulphur, as well as for datura and nightshade (highly poisonous), both of which are related to tobacco. It is often substituted for any poisonous herb in ritual incenses.
Witch Hazel= Witch hazel has long been used to make divining rods, hence the common name. In your pocket witch hazel can help fix a broken heart. The bark and twigs are often used for protection against evil influence.

Oh! I remember a vouple of idiots started to laugh and u just stopped talking and stared at them untill they stopped and you waited till it was quiet. ha ha ha that was hilarious, you reminded me of the math professor!!

A few notable Shamanic HerbsSinicuichi, Heimia salicifolia (Sun Opener)Native in Highlands from Mexico to Northern Argentina, Sinicuichi is an ancient divination plant, but one of the least known in the Western world. The natives believe that sinicuichi has sacred or supernatural qualities; they say it helps them recall past events back to pre-natal ones as if they had happened yesterday. Blue Lotus Petals (Nelumbo Nucifera)Nelumbo nucifera (Sacred Lotus Petals) have become etched in folklore because of a fabulous people who supposedly occupied the north coast of Africa and lived on the lotus, which brought forgetfulness and happy indolence. The Sacred Lotus is often steeped in wine or tea. It is said to produce a "feeling of joy that permeates the whole body, emanating from every cell" that is "delightfully wonderful and lasts for some time." Rivea corymbosa Seeds - Ololiuqui These rare seeds are related to Morning Glories, and come from Oaxaca, Mexico where they are cherished for both their history and the shamanic use. Reportedly, the priests and shamans would work with 25 seeds to help them to communicate with the spirit world Amanita muscaria- Fly agaricFly Agaric's history is associated with both Shamanic and magical practices and it was identified as the "Soma" of the ancient (4000 BC) Rig Veda by Gordon Wasson. 'Said' to connect one to visions from God. Salvia divinorum- Divinor's SageThis plant has a long history of Medicinal uses. The Mazatec are known to use infusions of Salvia to this very day. It has been recorded that the fresh or dry leaves are used as a relaxant for the elderly as well as treating headaches, diarrhea and rheumatism. Mazatec shamans routinely chew from 6 - 60 leaves in their ceremonies for purposes of divination. The leaves are always consumed in pairs. It is also often made into a tea that can be very relaxing and help with quiet meditative states. Salvia is neither a stimulant, a sedative, a narcotic, nor a tranquilizer, and a team of researchers have just shown that this herb may have great promise as a safe and natural antidepressant for the medical industry. It’s also said that Salvia is not a passive experience; the participant must take part in it. Getting to know this plant takes time to learn to recognize and understand as the participant gradually lets go of their fears of the unknown, and as they learn the subtleties within their own perceptions. For additional insight and to help deepen appreciation for the Salvia experience, we highly recommend reading “The Teachings of Don Juan” by Carlos Castaneda. Peganum Harmala Seeds (Syrian Rue) The harmala alkaloids are found in a variety of plants, the most notorious of which is a vine native to the Amazon region that is used as an ingredient of a visionary brew. The most concentrated source of Harmala alkaloids is the seed of Peganum Harmala, commonly known as Syrian Rue. These seeds contain about 2% of mixed Harmala alkaloids. Silene Capensis Known as African Dream Root or Ubulawu, this Silene Capensis plant is reportedly more effective than the better known Calea zacatechichi, often referred to as THE Dream Herb. It has been used for countless years by a culture who believes ancestors are contacted through dreams, so they cultivate and seek out plants that enhance dreaming. i learnt thru my studies of alchemy, or rather light and darkness balance of creation... and added into the knowledge of present and 'future'.. which is to say alligning to the future one desires, which is not yet formed, or 'setting up dreaming', that one can rewrite the plant properties, or intend the exact plants one desires, or 'needs' to 'fall' into the path before you, or allign in sync at the exact moment of creation to the plant you need. this spell relies on the all knowledge of the universe and multiverse, as well as it's understanding and knowingness of the individual 'you' and your needs. it uses a knowledge of time patterning, and formation, to ...very self-importantly i might add' align to the exact needs and formation of what one needs and desires. the rewriting of the fabric of any plant is based on the expectation of the plant's 'outcome' which is an energetic impulse, like an eternal flooding of the impulse of your intent and expectation. i have found that the 'impulse' of the expectation of what the plant will do, ties directly into prophecy, in that one sees and one recieves what they see. the nature of bhuddists, and cia training, entails that the future is not yet here, and so is not stable, meaning one can alter any expectation by removing it, and forming another one. the latter expectation then transforms the previous energy form, into the new pathway.. the rewriting and overcoming of poisons is useful in survival.. this is met by the realisation that all plants and their properties were built from knowledge, and knowledge came after the life the formed the knowledges. freedom or free will, determines that "god' or the fabric of formative observations and outcomes, give the person their own choice of path, being that creation is creation and not just created. it means listen to yourself and not another. you can listen to another, any other, and leanr much, following their knowledges and pathways, however ultimately if you will see and listen, the path is yours. (for the most part.. usually) yes.

just to add.. given the nature of dreaming matter.. books as well, i will use as an example.. (tho i have called chimera).. is that dreaming matter is a mirror aspect of your will/intent and the result. i learnt long ago that as i open a book, this applies to the book also, and so i spent some time creating the knowledges in the books, to make plants cure cancers, and other things that were 'out of the world' at one time or another. i just open the book and the book answers. good knowledge. like lupins.. and curing cancer.. paul 'darco etc.. its funny because the add shows lupins now (top of the screen).. another aspect of dreaming the eternal attention of 'what's inside you' into 'physical artforms'.. dreaming hey.. love yall..
peace and much love to you..
