I was wondering if anyone has any information on one or both (if possible) of these subjects. I am currently looking into them but have come up with little so far. I read a little about them in a book I have just received "The Element Encyclopedia of 5000 Spells" and was wanting to learn more. I'm always iffy about buying spell books but this one I got free, so I began reading it. So far I really like it, it gives a lot of basic background info on a lot of subjects and the spells aren't measured. The author recommends you use whatever amount you "feel" is right. Of course there are some spells that do have measurements, but they are more intricate spells.
If no one has any info on either of these that's ok. I don't want to put anyone out so that they feel they have to do the research.

I would love to learn about them, sounds very interesting, and positive. Nice name by the way! I heard that if you eat anise seeds it promotes insomnia, but if you sleep on anise seeds it ensures your sleep free from nightmares, And that fresh anise leaves protect the magic circle and ward off evil. Pretty cool!
