Maybe just start with meditations every day, or sitting in nature, and than move up from there? I'm having the same problem to. Lol. Haven't done anything in a looooooong time.

Everyday magic.. hmm. IMO magic is everyday, or everyday is magic, or full of...
Our magic is our intent(s). It is where 'decide' to place our personal power, or our intent. So the best way is by stalking(finding) your intent, and resetting them. Focusing the energy we have in one direction, and not all over the board. Finding out why we do the things we do, and deciding that we don't need to waste our energy there, frees it up.
I guess the magic of everyday, is the level of awareness we have within the everyday. The universe is intent, and intent is magic.
