I am Rob. I am sitting here. I am not vibrating at this moment. TV annoys me. Space/Ambient music soothes me. Being out of body feels very very good....almost as good as sex. I'm not out of body right now, nor am I having sex right now.
There you go.

Everything.....the sound, the way lots of ad makers put white flashes between quick scene changes.....the low level of intelligence most of the shows have.
Etc. to infinity.

Hiya Rob and welcome! Don't worry I think T.V. does annoy most people these days. (even the news is depressing) If I ever am feeling down about my own life I can just flip on Jerry Springer for a few minutes. It really makes me appreciate the life that I do have... LOL!

happy happy birthday addendum rob, there is no reason why it shouldnt be happy after that "big 40", rather the opposit, specially as aquarius no? I have tonns of birtdays to celebrate these days, all big ones. Maybe they are a bit less ecstatic than those 30th, but not less frolicsome - assuming we can look at life as a game, what i prefer from time to time, specially when i watch TV or try to work for underprivileged livings. a friendly Hello to Linda, Sandy, Ronni and kronicgirl!

Rob are your going through what people call the mid-life crisis? I went through it when I hit my 35th B-day. I stayed in bed feeling so sorry for myself the whole day and was very depressed about it for quite some time. It was no time though until I finally decided it was no big deal and continue on with my happy life. Get involve with something new and exciting. I wish you the best. Let Ronni do a tarot reading for you.

I don't know CC. I got divorced about 7 years ago and went wild. Dated girls who were 15 years younger than me, drank like a, well, alcoholic, and generally lived it up. So I feel that I've already went through that. But here lately, I just feel a bit undernourished in some way I can't put my finger on. Maybe it's things like job, dwelling etc...I don't know. I don't feel unhappy or depressed....just something. Seems that in the last three months or so I haven't really been myself...or maybe just not with my posts...I don't know.
Oh well. Thanks for asking.
Much love................rob

Rob in the book I'm reading right now (Bashar:Blueprint for Change --A message from our Future -- channeled by an Extraterrestrial--by Darryl Anka) , I'm in the second part about tranforning of self, it talks about us creating limbo states for ourselves from time to time as mankind is in the proccess of moving from third density to fourth density. In these limbo states friction and pain are created until we are able to break through and move on. This book states that we have to break the belief that our present is the result of our past. When we understand that our present is not the result of our past, we will, once and for all break the connection to the third density and live only in the present/ fourth density.
The following is another statement from the book I think is interesting: "When you live in the moment, you don't create as much time. Only the waiting for something else creates the time that happens in-between." So when we live in the moment we don't get these feelings of being stuck in limbo. When we live in the moment/fourth density, time doesn't exist and there isn't any friction and pain. When we go back and forth living in third density and then in fourth density it causes feeling of disorientation and make us feel ill. These are symptoms of transformation. The remedy is that to simply live the moment and cease judging what is happening to you as something negative.
About raising vibrations: One of the things that we have created in our society, to begin the exploration of fourth density fron a third density point of view, is the creation of a belief that as third-density individuals we have a slower vibration than we will have as fourth-density individuals. This is the remnant of a judgment: the creation of the idea or belief that the third density is somehow less than the fourth density. So we create a separation while we are 'forcing ourselves' to explore fourth density, and allowing ourselves to experience some acceleration of energy. We still hold on to the idea that while we are doing the exploring, we are still somehow less than what it is you are becoming. You are moving at a slower vibration in that way. Therefore, as you create the idea of fourth density to be represented in your mentality as a so-called higher vibration, and at the same time still retain a notion that while you are doing this you are a slower vibration, this judgment and this comparison of separation then creates the scenario wherein you have two different vibrations within the same body. This causes friction, which causes pain. When you know that you are what you are at any given moment, and what you are is what you need to be, you will then accelerate as a smooth oneness of vibration and not create comparison between something you think is less, and then become something you think is more. You will become one vibration; you will cease friction, and there will be no pain.
Ihope this wasn't to long.

this is true, I beleive strongly that if I focus on the now, all things seem to vanish and I am one with myself and the universe, I feel a certain peace within, and I strive to live each day with this thought and it makes life much easier and pain seems to dissapear. Have you read "Einsteins Dreams" by Alan Lightman, this is a wonderful little book abou time, I read it in one sitting, a very fast and enchanting read.
I will add a qoute from it for you, Ronni

I was thinking about that for some days.. why somebody would refer to my body, specially a man with an excellent and very masculine body, specially in an o.o.body-forum..lol either out of kindness or out of challenge ;D so lets go a bit on the second one.. as I`m not any more working in an sportive job, I feel obliged to explain some examples of my “habits”.. lol 1.I cant brush my teeth like other people do, no, while doing so I have to train simultaneous my legs up and down, taking care not to swallow my brush. 2.I cant just sit and work in the bureau, every hour I have to hide somewhere, not seen by the other employees, to do some boxing. 3. Like every couple me and my friend we would like to have a cosy evening once a week, so we take as a starter a nice film, but then, oh just a little bit I think, Im already jumping around like a kangaroo, practicing legs, arms and back, athwart of Im not getting much of the film I might look very erotically.. and the result in the end is the droning snore of my friend – that was our cosy evening.. lol just to name some of those.. So that’s wonderful and easy? A 19 year old body? A 19 year old body doesn’t have to do anything to feel good and healthy!! Also I don’t know anybody of the 19teenies, who is hypochondriac, assuming that behind every little itching lurks a cancer, or that soon the legs or breasts have to be amputated.. lol Oh yeah 19, that brings me to one of my favourite pleasures: dancing- in public! When I was dancing, I loved to dance for hours on tribal-ethno-shamanic-grooves, then often beautiful young guys would come and say: “oh you`re dancing so beautiful..” and after I had lifted my wet and blowzy hair they would add “..madam..” I hate that lol. So why cant this stiff and discouraged youngsters, moving only one feet to the other- calling this dancing, why cant they not at least leave out that “madam” lol As my friend often is the Dj and I like him to become a bit more jealous, I then shout: ”what?” so hopefully the guy repeats the nice part of the sentence, interrupting him when it comes to m…. lol, but mostly then he had unmasked me and the look of my huge hunk already and is hidden again as fast as he had appeared.. So yes its really nice and easy to have a body, maybe looking like 19. But does that really help? lol ;D So thank you for the flowers, but that’s physically and specially mentally lots of hard work.. I hope I could guide your thoughts a bit in another direction, or at least make you laugh a bit, brother.. nani
