Okay if you guys want to do this with me you are more than welcome I do this alot actually almost everyday, however Im going to start recording my readings.. You CAN use this method with any deck or oracle if you wish.. First shuffle the deck, cut in three piles now spread them out in either a fan or stack them back together.. ask the question "What should I follow at this time"? now simply draw one card, and focus on it for a bit, the overall message should be that this is what you are headed for at this time in your life and growth.. it is a important spread as it shows where your soul/innerself is guiding you at this time, this will manifest itself overtime of course and your results will be shown probably within a few months or even weeks.. as you take note of your card, try to "feel" what it is saying, just as in dreams it is important to feel in order to understand..
This is an excellent way to find out hidden information that is within yourself/sub... a great spread for spiritual work!!

That's sounds great. I'm going to have to start doing this. It seems like a real excellent way of learning your cards and getting connected to them as well as a manefestation of yourself/sub...

yeah anise, it is a great little way to not only learn the cards but to gain insight..I request that if you guys do this, please add your negative as well as positive thoughts on any card you draw, this will help you with interperations later on..Ill be around to help as well.. I think that learning your way of reading the cards first is important , instead of going strait for the books meanings..we can conclude our readings with the books after we have logged our own meanings..is that okay with everyone??

I know it will help me. Instead of reading a book.

I think this is going to help a lot. IMO...if you learn strictly with the book definitions then you do not learn to trust your own instincts. I think the whole point of the cards isn't to necessary have a straight forward definition, but to have varied interpretations depending on the person reading the cards.

First shuffle the deck, cut in three piles now spread them out in either a fan or stack them back together.. ask the question "What should I follow at this time"? now simply draw one card So do you usually just pick the card off the top or do you pick one from somewhere within the deck?

good question andin, I never pick from the top..just something I never do..don't know why, perhaps it is more accurate to choose wthin the deck for one card spreads..or fan them out and choose one..I often take that approach..

OK...I was wondering because when I was pulling one everyday before, I would pull whichever card I seemed to be drawn to regardless of whether it was on the top (rarely) or in the middle (frequently). I just wanted to see if that was the norm or not. I appreciate your answer!

Uh huh. I will generally use the one that falls from the deck when your shuffling.
