In the beginning... Of my dream, I found myself driving a truck at night. From the traffic on the roads and how tired I felt, I figured it wasn't as late as it was 'early' (past 12:00 am).
My tiredness level matched a lot of the dreams I have. I am just so tired from the beginning of the dream till the time I fall asleep in my dream. I recognized that I was driving and I couldn't just fall asleep at the wheel.
I recognized the road I was on (I was going to drive the road early the next morning). I changed lanes, as I neared a traffic light, and got into the left turning lane. Another car was coming from the opposite direction and turned right, my left, onto the road I was turning into. Also, there was a gas station beside the road I was turning onto in which another car pulled out infront of me. The car which pulled out infront of me, was a white car which looked like the driver had worked on the car for street racing. Plus, the car had a logo on the back windshield which was some sort of racing shop. I didn't recognize the name of the shop.
During my turn, I was actually driving a bit too fast and almost missed the road I was turning onto entirely. Partly because I was moving too fast, but mostly because I was loosing the battle to keep my eyelids open.
The 'race' car was weeving in the lane as we drove up the road. It soon turned off at a more than safe speed, but I saw that the first vehicle I encountered was still ahead of me. Soon after the 'race' car turned off, the other car began to speed up and I noticed that there were vehicles parked on either side of the road. I figured there must have been a wreck on this road. There was one man standing in the center of the road, apparently there to direct traffic. Upon noticing this man, the other car sped through the area, nearly missing the man. After seeing this, I thought it was best to slow down, unlike the other car. However, in my sleepy state, I was mashing the gas instead of the brake. I didn't really start to freak out, but I found it difficult to navigate on the road due to being tired and my increasing speed.
I sped past the man and began to run off the road, luckily missing parked vehicles. I saw ahead, in the grass near the road, pieces of wreckage and a firefighter dressed in a yellow suit trying to flag me down. He was running trying to get my attention. I had already given up trying to control my vehicle, so I just closed my eyes and decided to pretend to fall asleep.
I did fall asleep. I imagined I probably wrecked my own vehicle and figured I'd probably wake up in a hospital. After thinking this, I began to wake up (for real) and felt like I was being put into comfortable bed. I realized I was feeling my real bed and that I had woken up.

I need to work on my writing skills.
