interesting, however we all have our idea of what dreaming really is, but not quit yet reached a fact about it, other than the brain activity during them. I honestly think dreams are a mirror of our selves, I cant help but try to justify it as a direct personal portal for us to reach in and grab knowledge, understanding and awareness from. if you truly study your dreams and know yourself, the truth in them will be shown to you over and over again meaning the symbology and metaphors they speak are directly from you and to you, they are there for you to understand your own unique journey of this life and hte next..

i totally agree... from what i have discovered our ideas about our dreams and our dream time is the intent that forms the experience of dreaming itself, being a creative chosen process. a knowledge of dreaming transfered into the alotted timeframe that we 'thought' towards, filling the 'void' with a definition that then takes form. this is how I pre-destine my dreams, i think of them and what they mean how they form etc, and then i live those desicions. i would say that dreaming itself is actually a process of creation, freeing one position of life to experience another. however when i say dreams are a recap of my day then i am reliving my day, if i say dreamtime is a recap of the day only deeper than i live learning about my day, in a deeper understanding. if i say dreams are gatherings of friends in collective planes of creation -then it is that i experience. parrelels of the world, and new worlds as well, darkmatter colonisation for expample. horizon realms etc. therefoor naturally i say dreaming itself is manifestation of our intent, our purpose, direction pathology , our knowledge. for myslef there is no future, in dreams or... in the waking dream, only now exists, the moment beyond this moment is void and empty, and yet this emptyness is fullfillment, which allows SPACE.. the unknown and/or any concievable knowingness to place within the alotted timeframe. there is no future, yet there is any and every future.

I find though that dreams aren't always just a recap of my day but my week, month. Everything hiding just coming out (even though whatever it is started hiding a month ago). That article is very, very interesting. I'm always fascinated with how dreaming helps in learning. The brain doesn't know its dreaming when it is.

we cant measure those things yet in accuracy....I find that kinda dumb lol ya know what I mean, we can travel to space and build technology so advanced everythings wireless now yet we cant grasp our own minds/subconscious

it depends on the time you are aware of.. lol.. speaking of conscious and subconscious time is also compartmentalised into many areas and wonders..!! Dream it, and it will come... tho, i must say sometimes it is better not to know... believe me i would have taken the blue pill if i ever would have known what would come of the red one..

Of course awareness is possible, labell. But, many people don't experience awareness in their dreams (whether it's because they rarely remember their dreams or because they aren't even aware it's possible to experience it therefore don't try).
