What if you can't seem to dream?

I don't dream. I just don't. Sleep, darkness, wake up and then I go. Is there a way you can create dreams and make them happen or are they supposed to come to you when the time is right?

Hi there......alot of people claim the same issue..they just dont dream, when actually they simply dont recall their dreams. It is proven we all dream or enter the dreaming state at one time or more when we sleep. Most folks become overloaded.with their everyday lives and dont have time to work with their dreams. .Have you given yourself time when you wake up to try dream recall? There's many techniques you can try...Have a look around the forums also,lots of great help here;) For me dream recall comes pretty easy,.but I still have trouble sometimes. I use a technique I learned years ago..I simply.focus and repeat the question" where was I just at"? usually Ill start to remember in a few minutes...You can start a dream journal also and ask questions or say affirmations prior to sleep...Just dont give up, itll come to you;)
