Thank you , osiris for your Question, it brings me to ask what course is CraZyCAt mentioning ,,
rrrrrrrraaaaaaooooommmm (take a breath) ggggggaaaaaaaoooooommmmm.
OK !!!
I have never heard this before, where is this from ,....?
I know , keeping a paper and pen next to my bed or under my pillow is the only thing that works for me ,.....
Its a matter of not thinking or just keeping one eye shut while I write down my dreams is what I do ,
the last thing I do before I sleep is ; prepare the paper and pen ,date the page and slip it under my pillow .
CrazyCat, did you take this course..?
I thought I would bring this topic up front , as it seemed I might not be the only one that did not read it ...
Thanks osiris, and CRAzyCat,...

I have a problem with dreams that is slowing me down for obe i believe. I never remember my dreams. When i sleep all night i never remember anything the next morning. The only time i remember is when i wake up and fall back to sleep than i almost always have vivid memories of the dream. I always try to tell myself before sleep and even through out the day, "I am going to remember my dreams" or "i am going to be concious during my dreams". Help!!! i believe this to be my #1 problem for an obe experiance.

This is the first thing you are going to be taught in that course you are taking in April. What they do is give you a mantra that helps dream recall. I don't think it would hurt for you to have a jump on using this mantra. It is raom_gaom. You say it drawn out like rrrrrrrraaaaaaooooommmm (take a breath) ggggggaaaaaaaoooooommmmm. The r is suppose to be trilled which I have not been able to sound out a trilled r, but they said it was okay to just say it within rather than out loud. So within I can make the trilled r. Anyways, you just say this mantra upon waking up from a dream.... try not to move your physical body. I got the ideal to say it before I fall asleep at night as well and that was a big help. So I say it as I go to sleep and when I wake up and it really does help in dream recall. Not allowing your body to move upon waking is a big key as well. Also, to help intent along, as many have suggested, it helps to bring a paper and pen to bed and placed where you can get to it without much movement to take notes of what you've dream through the night. That helps a lot, too.
