Seeing auras is very easy to do. I find that these are good step by step instructions to help.
Learning to soft focus your eyes is the first step in seeing auras.
Step 1= Take a sheet (8X10) of white paper and place it on your table top. Place a, say, hot pink piece of paper in the middle. Place your hand about 4-6 inches from your face and focus on it for about 45 seconds. Keep the same focus and move your hand slowly away. You should see the colour green around the pink paper. Green is the complimentary colour of pink. You can use purple=yellow, blue=orange etc. Repeat this step many times trying to soft focus for a longer period each time. Next remove the pink paper slowly, while soft focusing, and you will see a green afterimage in it's place. This will train you to soft-focus your eyes.
Step 2= Get a partner. Tape a bright coloured sheet (any colour) to a white wall. Have natural light coming in the room, from the side is best. Stand ten feet back and soft-focus on the paper for about 45 seconds. Ask your partner to slowy remove the paper. Ask your friend to slowly stand in front where the paper was. Look closely at what has happened to the colour that was there, and observe the size shape, colour, and how it extends from the body. Try this with different colours of paper and different people. After this you are ready to start seeing auras without the coloured paper.
Step3= Have your partner stand in front of the white wall with you 10 feet away. Glance at the area aroung the body. You will see a translucent, fuzzy, or silvery aura about 2 inches around them. If it is wider then you are seeing their second layer. Ask the person to breath in and out deeply, and observe the changes. Notice the changes with different people as well. And take every advantage to watch others in public. Ask people to change their thoughts and watch what happens.
Feeling the aura= Of coarse the aura can also be felt as well. Have your partner stand in front of you 2-3 feet away. Extend your arms with your hands out. Push outward and feel yourself pushing the air away from you. Then pull backwards. Do this a few times and start to observe your partner swaying back and forth slightly. And also feel this energy and get used to how the different auras feel. We all do this everyday anyways, but it is important to become aware of where these 'feelings' come from. That way we can read others much better. I will post later on how to strengthen auras. Hope this helps!
