okay well I just wanted to discuss the death card guys in tarot, now usually it means transformation, a huge one and I have been drawing it for sometime now..and yes I am going through yet another cycle/change in my life that is major,..now my question is if I read for someone and they also got the death card as an outcome like myself, would that change be a form of change together?? I mean I saw me in this persons cards, howevever since I have many things on my mind at this time, and many things going on, I could not see if this persons death/transitiion was due to myself, however I get the feeling we both will go through a change together..ahh..well I hate not knowing things lol so I suppose that is why I brought this up..but my life is changing all around me in all ways..buisness/romantic etc.. does anyone know about the death card??

hey Ronni, I dont remember so much from the times I did more tarot, but I would agree on what you`ve said. To use your example, if you had the death-card and you are going through all that changes now, then you could be considered as a representative for this card. So if you took that card death for the other person too then I would say, yes it/he/she has something to do with you personally and also you both together are under an influence of change. At least that would be my feel about it. It would be interesting to hear Kirsty about that theme, cause she is advanced like you in that tarot-thingee! lgn

Hiya, Only just found the thread. Gav told me about it earlier but I forgot soz. What spread where you doing Ronni? Where was the Death card in the spread? From looking at what you've said I do agree that it is a major change coming into your lives. Your own intuition is very powerful when it comes to reading the cards as well. Even just a gut feeling. The Death card signifies endings, but not necessarily shocking and disruptive ones. In any case, endings always lead to new beginnings and Death itself symbolises a sweeping away of the past. Ridding ourselves of past garbage means we are free to set out on an entirely new path When Death appears in a spread it almost always means a major change in your life. Sometimes the change will appear disruptive and unexpected, sometimes it will be a breath of fresh air - clearing away obstacles and allowing you to go on forward. So don't assume that Death is a negative card - it is just what we need in order to progress when different things are holding us up or back. Kirsty

thanks nani for trying to help..and I agree with you.. kirsty, yeah that is what I always see for the death card, that change is evident and usualy can't be avoided. but thank you for shareing your insights on this..it always helps to get a second opinion.. oh and it was the celtic cross both me and my friend got the death card as the outcome.. tranformation can be a good thing I think.
