This has been new to me. Once this week. While experimenting with trance states I pulled myself out. I would notice in depth clarity of a red substance in a faint unperfect straight line surrounding on the window material. This has first time happened where I would see the aura. I know I might of been running under the possibility that maybe this could of been a eye discharge. I noticed when I closed my eyes again and re opened them to see it again. It has faded this time but still noticeably red.
The explanation for the red please? Yes the red is the colour of the root chakra. The grounding chakra of mother earth. The root chakra has the closes connection with the physical. So seeing a red outline is infact appropriate aura to be seeing.

Hi Michael how have you been? That is a very interesting occurance. I definately do not think your eyes are playing tricks on you, I do not even believe in tricks. Especially since you stared you were in a trace state of hieghtened awareness. It sounds like you are uncovering some psychic awareness. Red is assosiated with the root chakra as you said, and also represents grounding. In auras it often represents love, friendship, and compasion. A pinker red representing friendship. Also objects invest our own energies, and often display these intense feelings through colors, images and vibrations. That it what makes psychometry possible. The more we give an object our awareness the more energy of our's it will hold, in effect becomes part of us.
Also, as I am unsure exactly how or where you saw the light, it reminds me of the possiblity to see lay-lines. These laylines are everywhere and where they cross each other often lies a node, full of energy that can be alligned to our own. It is possible to follow these lines and find these spots of power.
