All of this pertained to me.
Question: Will I keep my present job?
I drew Odah/Home. Couldn't see where that fit my question except that maybe I will be spending more time at home, which means I won't have a job.
Should I do more than one card perhaps?

Odah is also Othila in the Runes thread.
To me Othila is shedding old skins.I am assuming To ask the question in the first place there was a reason for it!!
maybe you are looking elsewhere as a safety net, or you are feeliing unstable.

Othila is not beyond our control. maybe Othila is saying you need to find a place you feel safe and at Home. Gather your strength and meditate because work is a huge stress at this time. Shedding old skins part may suggest it might be time to start looking further afield because the job you are in is not good Soul food, or maybe just transfer within the work place, a change in atmosphere may be all you need. This separation Othila is calling for is a radical change, and is hard to let go, but your Soul is screaming out to grow and Spirit is wanting to become more truly who you are.

I was offered another position in my department, more responsibility but that move has been put on hold. I was wondering what was going on. I read more on this rune and home still kept coming up, and possessions. I think I will do a three card reading and see what I come up with.
Your interpretation does hold true with what is happening though.

Yes i always find especially reading for myself that a clarifyer Rune is sometimes needed to shed a bit more light on the situation.

Try this spread it may help. Read each Rune individually to start with and then try read the lot together.It is the near future spread. Do not ask any questions, Just allow the Runes to tell you what you need to know.
You may need to do this spread a few times to get use to the spread and using so many runes, but it is well worth it.

I did a three rune reading, I feel more comfortable with that right now. Here are the results.
Here is my three rune results.
Isa,eoh,nyd
Isa shows activity is slowing down and coming to a stand still. It is a freeze of any situation or event, when energies are stopped and ending is due. The advice of Isa is to be still and gain control over the self, so that it will be possible to acheieve control of outer circumstances. This does fill in with my situation, my job transition has been put on hold for the time being. I need to pull things together and find my point of gravity.
Eoh is another card of movement or change. This is the card of endings and closures, no turning back. It also symbolizes the lasting endurance I need to survive the ordeals of life at this time. Toughness and flixibility are the enabling qualities that allow me to persist through rough times. Eoh prophesizes protection amid harsh trials. This is definitely holding true to what is happening in my life. Alot of cofisuion that I need to stand tough on.
Nyd forshadows stress and difficulty, however the incentive is available to turn this stressful situation to my advantage and therefore provide freedom, or in this case success. Nyd's primary council in the face of troubles is that of patience. Nyd can be a card of victory if the situation is considered carefully.

Looking at this spread a s a whole I would have to say my job is secure but I will be staying in my current position for the time being. Now is not the time for change. Now being very immediate. There are difficulties that are being worked out and I should know the results when I get back on shift.

Excuse the typos! I am loving this runes business. I find that learning the oracle aspects of them I am learning the spiritual without even realizing it. I do believe I am becoming a stronger person for it.

My job is secure but I will not be transferring to the other position at this time. Amazing how right on these things are! Methods of divination still amaze me!
