hi there piscesmoon86, well what exactly have you tried? and how long have you tired these things? I think for some people it takes more time than others, also if you have up blocks you need to get past them first, by introspection, seeing past your own thoughts/feelings in order to gain awareness of your inner self, I know that can help many people get to their subconscious in a way you can communicate with it and began to program it, with affirmations and such.. so perhaps try introspection mediations for a bit. I would also tell your subconscious before you go to sleep that you want to recall your dreams, and that your ready to learn them and from them..perhaps that will break a block as well... there are tons of techniques out there, try many untill you find one that works for you, but if your heart is not in it, learing your dreams, than perhaps they will not be shown to you, so if you do affirmations, make sure you put heart and intent into what it is your saying..Im sure you will see results after this.. good luck.. let me know of your progress

HELP

Hi, Well, in my opinion, one of the best methods to recall and remember your dreams (I use it myself) is: After you wake up, don't move - stay in the position in which you were sleeping, and then, while repeating mentally the RAOM GAOM mantra over and over think intensely about the dream fragments (or just emotions, single images that come into your head) you remember, and try to recall more and more details, etc. It is important to concentrate only on this, don't let other thoughts bother you. After you feel that it's all that you can recall, try to repeat, re-create in your mind all the fragments you remember. And of course write down them directly after you get up. Hope this helps
