Hello everyone ! I have a kind of annoying dreaming problem... Does anyone know what is the best way to get rid of a recurring unpleasant dream ?
Recently I left India, where I have been living for many years, and now I moved to Germany. The move involved a lot of stress since I was moving out of my parents house to be with my boyfriend, and besides I was pregnant. So, my last days in India were rather stressful ones.
Now I am living happily in germany, and the only thing that disturbs me are my dreams. Since 2 and a half months, almost every night I dream that I am back in India... and I get surprise that I am still there, and I make arrangements to travel to germany, I pack my stuff, worry about buying a plane ticket... recently evn in my dreams I have started to notice that I am preparing for that journey too many times. It´s such a relief to wake up and see that I am in germany after all, and my boyfriend is there next to me...
But I wish I could stop dreaming of the same thing each and every night... I tell my boyfriend about these dreams, hoping that telling someone would make thm go away. Well, that didn´t work.
Any suggestions ? Also, I dreamed that pregnant women often get weird dreams... does anyone have the same experience ?

Hello Starlight! I once had the same problem, and used to have the same dream over and over about living in my house in Oregon. But for me the memories were bad, as it was the time my parents were splitting up. I think these dreams may have something to do with your past, whether it was good or bad. I think sometimes we don't know how to let go of these things and move on with our life. I think that once our mind accepts things for what they are, they will eventually go away. For me, it took years, but I hope you make peace with whatever you've gone through. Maybe try and look forward to your new life with your boyfriend and new baby that will be coming into the world. To me, that is much more worth focusing on, as the birth of a new child is a beautiful thing! And by the way, I have had some pretty odd dreams being pregnant. When I was pregnant with my daughter I'd dream about giving birth to a white kitten. I'd always have cat dreams. Funny huh? Maybe someone can tell me what that means, because I never really knew. Well Good Luck! ~Kronic

Hi girls, from what I understand dreaming of moving has to do with dependence/independence issues. Also, represents need/desire of change, possibly the end of a situation/relationship. Only you can know for sure what your dream is telling you, but since this dream is reoccuring, maybe there are some issues about your move that still need to be worked out.
Dreaming of a cat/kitten has to do with instinctual energy that's been tamed and is close to consciousness, feminine power/energy. Being a white kitten has meaning as well. The color white has to do with purity, newness, awarness. In alchemy represents new knowing.

The thing is that I don´t regret my decision in the least, and I am very happy now... but the dream continues ! On and on and on....
Crazycat, I think that you are hinting in the right direction... I have to try and let go of the bad memories, of litrtle regrets (like the things I should have packed and brought with me, but I didn´t...)
kronicgirl, one of my parents dreamed of giving birth to a white calf when they were pregnant of me, lol :-p

I wonder if a white animal signifies that one will have a daughter born! Well let me know if you dream of any white cats or anything. LOL!

Before you go to sleep, make up your mind that if you find yourself back in India, you will dream your way to Germany. And then while in the dream, do it. I'll bet that takes care of that recurring dream once and for all. Good luck!

Ok, I´ll try it tonight, and let you know what happens. BTW, I have started sleeping with an amethyst crystal under my pillow, that seems to help...

Dreaming in a different location will increase you chance to obe remotely to that location.
I always think that im in the glass house because that's were I usually smoke. Before being half a asleep half awake. It's pretty trippy =p
You are condition to be attached to your home oversees...

I see what you mean, Michael. So it means that I have to resolve this attachment in myself...
BTW your tip helped, Lori-ann. I have also started sleeping with an amethyst under my pillow...
A lost of my dreams are still located in India, but since a week I have not had any crazy "Oh-my-God-why-am-I-here-again-I-have-to-get-back-to-Germany" dream.
