Hey. I don't do yoga, and I never have. Based off of what I've heard I don't think that it is as good for energy raising as qi gong. But I know some people like it for one reason or another. cool, thanks I have always wanted to try it. I know a lot of people do it, and It is a good way of healing and gaining energy and endurance
