I say keep it for guests with questions but you can always remove it later. Its not written in stone but to me it would be a way for guests to communicate until or if they became members. If in the end it doesn't work and you get spammers then by all means dump it!

Now that we are going members only I think its a good way for guest to communicate if they have a quick question or comment. I still say keep it.

Good advice. I think my husband will be ok, in the 22 years we have been together he has not gone to church or anything like that. He had religion shoved down his throat when he was growing up and it kinda soured him but my Dad and sisters and brothers are a different story as they are biblethumping Catholics thru and thru, as is my son in law and daughter in law who live very close to us. But I will continue to pray for strength and keep using the suggestions in the article. It really helped me with a starting point. I think that was my biggest obstacle how to get started. Most religions don't have that problem. If one blurts out "I'm Christian" no one looks at them as if they have lost their mind. Thanks again Silver

Oh good, glad to know it is ok. Actually without realizing it I guess I have already been doing this kind of easing into the subject. Family is going to be the hardest but if they don't condemn me outright I will feel fortunate. Thanks for the post Silver

ahhhh thank goodness for the on/off switch on the phone, lol
Today was payday so of course I went to town to get my check. I also received a gift from my secret pal! Very nice and was timely too. I said goodbye to an old friend, the old man I would give my crystal to.
Last night was my "Friday" so instead of leaving my crystal with him I took it with me when I left. I had a feeling that is hard to explain that it was time for me to take it with me.
Today after getting my check and secret pal gift I went into the section where I work looking for a particular co-worker. I didn't see her but another co worker saw that I was leaving and asked if I had seen Howard. I asked why would I see Howard and she was silent. I said OH NO!. I went straight to his room leaving my check and gift I didn't care. He was not the man I was used to seeing, it broke my heart.
With tears of sadness and laughter at times I talked to him. At one point I down right bawled like a baby I did not care if anyone saw me. That man has a special place in my heart and always will. I have three days off and I will be totally surprised if he is still there when I go back to work on Thursday.
Someone said I will have a part of him with me always because of my crystal.
I will miss him. I look and pray for inner strength. This is one reason I try not to get too close to the people in my care, it hurts so much when they leave, but how can you not love them.
