I've been feeling sick. Overeating constantly. I need to rid myself of all the rubbish in my stomach. Benefits of fasting for 1-2 months... - Healthier- purified bladder factory
- Increasing the chance of obe's
- Increasing or enhancing the level of getting drunk on the weekends
- Lower my growing appetite

Michael, I would start with five days, and then see how you feel. I imagine your body is still growing, and needs nutrients, so a whole month sounds like an overkill. How you eat right after the fast is very important, start with a little bit of steamed veggies, both a boost of vitamins, and gentle on your stomach. With or without a fast, you could also start eating smaller meals, about 5 times a day, and you are a lot less likely to overeat with smaller portions. And, of course, include lots of veggies and fruits in those meals P.S. I worry a lot more about alcohol consumption than about overeating

Hi Lena sounds like a brilliant idea. LOL you’re making me hungry already for those lovely’s : P
I eat about 7 boiled broccolis. And 1 can of tuna so I don't loose muscle mass. And if Im feeling tired I will crush multi vitamins and mixe it was orange juice. I will also drink allot of healthy herbal tea constantly.
I will do the eating every 4 days. And drink fluids constantly. No milk or hot chocolate, coffee or any other drink that is harmful or too rich and concentrated for my stomach to digest.
Also eating this small amount of food will be my incredibly tasteful treat. More like a reward for my effort.
Got to stop thinking about food it's lighting up my taste buds. ;-p
But this routine will definitely loose my stomach.
My alcohol intake will be limited. I will drink Woodstock 10$ 8% which will give me a good buzz for 5 hours or even more because not much food in my system. And 1 good beer to get rid of the nasty tastes of Woodstock. Plus tobacco to remove the taste. Maybe the woodstocks will be more pleasent because it's not interfering with all the food in my stomach and heaps of empty space to not feel blouted and nauseas.
Also when I drink alcohol I totally loose my weekend’s appetite of not eating so that's another plus.
