If you are a dreamer at the point of bored? tired of reading almost everything because it just repeats? and your learning nothing new. You have good dreams you keep track of them in writing and you are commited to the art? YThan now is the best time to read this book.

I finished the entire book just a while ago and must admit it is the best material for dreaming i have ever found. Ill post up on the first two chapters soon. I want to go through them and take some notes first. This is definatly not for the guy that started looking into obe yesterday.

For the seers of Carlos Castanedas lineage, the First Gate of Dreaming was crossed by the taking of quick, deliberate glances at everything in a scene, the systematical seeing the whole of any dream, the art of which they practiced ardently in waking awareness.

I started the book again today, this morning I was dead tired but I made it through the first chapter lol and so far I like the way CC writes because I see that he try/s to open your mind right away which to me is probably the best way to teach someone techniques in dreaming and obes. Ill get back to this as soon as I read more!
