I work night shift at a hotel, and the other night we had a very strange guest.
She was very animated, almost manic. At one point the police were called by her family, because she was hypoglycemic and they were worried. Both cops came up from her room completely baffled by the woman.
She had a photographic memory, and knew my co-worker immediately by sight, although they hadn't seen each other in over a decade. Even then, they had only been loosely acquainted.
The woman also was in obvious physical pain whenever she got near any electrical equipment. She was one of the most intelligent people I've ever met, although she was a little hard to understand at times.
She wasn't insane. I can recognize insanity. This wasn't it. The best I can describe was that she was a walking psychic shock. She showed all of the symtoms of a Psyshic Vampire (manic, electrical sensitivity, etc.) except that instead of leaving my co-worker and I feeling drained, it was like sticking our fingers into a metaphysical light socket. Neither of us could sit still after she left, and we kept shaking for no reason and dropping everything. My co-worker has almost no psychic ability. She doesn't even believe in it. She and I were both practically hovering for the rest of that night and the two nights after, and my co-worker admitted that the strange woman was the only possible cause for it.
Is there such a thing as a reverse vampire? By the time I was going home, I was as charged up as if I had just been in a giant ritual and forgotten to release the energy. I had to do full groundings just to lie down, let alone for sleeping. And it wasn't negativity, either. It was just raw power in the lrgest doses I've ever seen.
Does anyone have an explanation for her? She didn't really know she was doing it, and if she did, she had no way of controlling it. She broke through my best shielding like it was tissue paper (a humbling experience). I'm curious as heck.
