hi Supergirl, at the moment its quite difficult for me too to remember them well, but as I always have a pencil and paper beside my bed, at least I get the last dream and if its only fragments. I guess there are periods when its working better or worse but generally I would say the best is tell yourself several times before sleep "I do remember my dreams when I wake up!". On top you can put your clock on alarm every 5 hours or something and then directly write down what you remember. Good luck, all the best and surely the others have some hints for you too. lgn

Hi Jen how are you? I just do what nanni says. I set my alarm for a few hours after I go to sleep, then write it down in a few short points to fill in later. Wow its amazing how messy my writing gets!! Just don't set your alarms too loud. I usually find I wake up intermitantly before the alarm anyway, and I turn it off. And like nanni says also just by being open to your dreams will make them more accecable to you. Just don't wait to write a dream down, you'll almost always forget. lol. Its crappy that way, at least untill you start to build more dream awareness. I sometimes try to just think about them instead of writing them, but I have lost too many dreams that way. I just basically said what Nanni already said but oh well, I hope you get a good grip on your dreams, the work is worth it!

Had a dream last nite, and wow it was awesome. I said a few days ago with confidence that i was going to have a dream. It was more afirmation than confidence. I kept saying 'confidently' last few days i will dream i will dream. Keep confident and positive and keep at it. See it didnt happen on the 1st day but it wasnt long after. hehehe not so easy for me to have an OBE though. still none. You can thank CrazyCat for this link: www.dreamviews.com/learnable.php?sid=I was going through my favourites looking for something for Cat and browsing here also in another window. I happened to open up this thread and that page at the same time!!! Perfect luck dont ya think? Or was it my subconcious working harder than me? As the site says keep a dream journal. I never thought i needed one. But since i started my sleeping has become alot more fun!!! Its weird its like your rewarded for your effort. So thats how i work with my 'metaphysical' things now. I work as if theres somene watching me (my higher self?) and by them seeing im keeping a journal and so on. I am proving to them that i want these things to happen. This may sound strange, stupid and even childish. But have a think about it. All the best! Kelly
