Here is a meditation that facilitates that learning.
Sit quietly, close your eyes and be aware of your body, your thoughts, and your feelings. Put all those things to one side. Think of a quantity of energy. This may be easiest in monetary terms such as an annual salary. Or you can think of it as a quantity of love, or a measure of getting the most out of life. Draw that amount of energy out of the earth and up into your feet.
Be aware of reprogramming the very cells of your body to a higher level of havingness. Move the energy up your legs to your torso. Pay special attention to the joints, such as ankles and knees. Energy tends to stick in the joints. Eventually move the energy up through your head and imagine it as a fountain pouring out of the top of your head. Let the energy cascade down the outside all around you at about a one to two foot radius. Pay special attention to your back. As this energy flow hits the ground draw it around and in again to your feet. Now increase the amount to a higher level - for example think of raising your worth as a salary.
Check to see if you feel comfortable with this higher level. If it is uncomfortable, lower it to where it is comfortable. The aim however is to gradually get it higher and higher. So draw in that increased amount of energy into your feet and up through your body. Be aware now of the overall circulation of energy and let it circulate for a few minutes. Finally seal off your feet and your head and when you feel complete, draw the meditation to a close.
This meditation can in fact be done several times during the day fairly quickly. You can do it while jogging, or sitting in a car in traffic, or sitting at a desk, or while walking. It is a powerful meditation and strongly recommended. Within weeks or at most months you will notice results.

Thanks Lilac. I have been using something similar to this meditation for a while. It's a good way to relax and focus all of your energy into that one particular area that needs improvement.

Congratulations on your new job. When I need a break from the stresses of everyday life I use a similar techique as above like I said. I envision the energy as a calming and soothing energy. And use breathing techniques to circulate that calming energy throughout my body.

aww thanks anise, and good luck with yours as well. I have a question for you though, what is a good way to do this at work??? I am around tons of people all day long and I have already gotton stressed..lol and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to aleive myself of the stress and perhaps extend positive energy out so it comes back to me...does that make sense? I would just like to effect the energy around me sometimes so that I do not feel the stress and others negativity ya know.. thanks darliln!

Yeah I know what you mean. It doesn't take long to get stressed at work. Especially if you deal with lots of people. I'm no expert on relieving stress I just do what feels right at the time. For the most part keeping yourself centered is ideal.
When I'm around people that stress me out...I take a part of me to a "happy place" I know such a cliche but it works for me. My happy place can vary from a beautiful peaceful garden to the warmth of a secluded beach. This place is like a safe zone for me. Nothing negative can enter and nothing positive can exit. I stay here until I feel centered again. I guess it's kind of like a filter for me. Once you absorb so much negative energy from others as well as yourself you need some place you can filter out that negativity. It has taken me a while to be able to do this on a whim without it interupting whatever I am doing. While I'm in that happy place I breathe in for a count of three to draw positivity my way, hold it for a count of three then release for a count of three to push the negativity out. It helps a lot to do this where you feel safe but just the breathing helps a lot too.
I really hope this helps you. I believe everyone is different in how they hold and release stress. I told my sister-in-law this breathing exercise and she said it helps when she isn't too angry to focus on relaxing. I'm also hoping this will help her baby too.

I'm going to try cultivating this habit and I'll let you know how I go. Love and Light, Uriella

yeah it does anise, thank you so much and maybe I can run to the bathroom to ground myself if I get too stressed around people lol... but also I was wondering if there is a way to reflect positive energy back to others so its manipulating the energy around me, does that make sense? for example everyone around me is blah and negative, and how would I change their attitudes and sort of manipulate the aura around my working area??? I think I have done this already ,just by being positive and smiling/laughing at myself..lol but is there a way to do this on the inner levels as well..?? thanks anise, I appreciate all your help for sure!

Yeah it makes sense. I would say what you are already doing is great. I'm not real sure about achieving that on an inner level other than focusing on emitting positive energy.

oh its really a kind of terrible, that thing with the weather, I truly mean terrible because it doesnt feel normal at all, really. Im no friend of any apocalypthic thoughts lol but slowly me and a lot people I know are wondering. The weather is just crazy, from year to year gets more crazy, like floods, then hot and burning in south europe, then cold down to 8 degree in the hotest season august, who knows what there is going on.. but anyways, Im myself quite fine, thanks for asking. I started jogging again, cause I thought that I fast have to get some air into my lungs before its dark winter and really cold again.. aaand I still enjoy life, being with friends too and love to have our cats around. School is nice, I always loved to be at school very much, lots of fun besides learning. Do you know yet what you`re going to do after school? lgn

Their are a few things that people stumble during the act of visualization of the white light. People who do get any of the any visualization on a certain energy power or even light. It's important to NOT JUST THINK ABOUT IT. THE IDEA OF VISUALIZATION. DON"T JUST DAYDREAM ABOUT IT. ACTUALLY DIG IN AND DO THE WORK.
Get involved. Don't just wait on the sideline. Be aware of your level of concentration. You need to believe in energy. If you don't believe in your faith you won't visualize for peanuts. The more you believe the more open you are into drawing a higher powered energy visualization. Don't just think about it because if you thinking about it in your head that all this white light is surrounding me. This may not be enough to be effective.
Find ways to boost your concentration. AND bind it to visualization to leech maxium results .
