for me sky means freedom. what you say about the tubes Ronni sounds reasonable for me. Hmm.. and I just realize that in my dream it wasnt the sky which made me fear or feel weird but the electrification of the rainbow-plan in may case, and in your case Linda it seemed to be also not the sky itself, but the moving jerkling cloud-tubes which made you feel uneasy and wake up. So maybe Ronni is right in presuming that something is coming up to the surface and endanger our "freedom" or anything which "sky" means to you. In my case it could be on a subconscious level quite reasonable the new election in germany - its still not determined.. lgn

Yeah, it wasn't about the sky, it has to do with the clouds. I don't feel like it is a head in the clouds type thing. Well mine were crazy shape cloud things and my dream books says clouds can represent confusion, a state of unhappiness or the unknown. They can represent unhappy reflections prior to an emergence of a new consciousness. Clouds also symbolizes the unknown, unknowable godhead. The general meaning of the sky is the realm of the gods, you know the heavens, higher realms....
In a biblical sense cloud means judgment, but it's more dark clouds that represent that, I think. You know God coming in the clouds, coming in judgment. But sense my clouds where crazy shaped white brilliant clouds, they would not represent that. Even though they look like they were made out of cloud substance, I really didn't think of them as clouds. LOL! Maybe they represent the judgment of impending insanity. I feel like I have been living on the edge for sometime time now. Especially the last 3 or 4 months. That would be a new consciousness would it not? HaHa! ;D

Sept. 19th
Anyone else been dreaming of playing "hide and seek"? That what I was doing this morning with a bunch of you. Me and two others decided to hide in the house of the person who was it. We figured they would never think to look for us there. In the meantime we raided the persons snacky foods and was just setting, eating, and enjoying ourselves, waiting to see if anyone was smart enough to figure out where to find us.

Yes right on! There is no sanity. That's interesting about the clouds. I've never really looked at dream symbol books because I feel it may take away what the symbol is for me. In waking life clouds to mean represent mystery and creativity. So in dreams this may be as well for me. And I can see how the darker the clouds represent maybe more the mystery and the lighter represents more the creativity.

When I see clouds, I think rain. LOL! ;D I like rain though, even the bad clouds with lightening and thunder. Those would represent refreshment and energy. I like the puffy white ones too, because I like to try and manipulate them. But my strange, mysterious clouds, I guess you could say they were on the creative side and an energy about them as well.

With all the hurricane stuff, I didn't get to read any on that next chapter. I set the book aside to take with me and went right out the door without it. I plan to read it today. I guess I have 2 chapters to read. I haven't taken the time to record any dreams either.
Last night, while trying to stay conscious while my body goes to sleep, I experience the covers being pulled off of me again. I did stayed calm, but nothing else happened . After a while I pulled the covers back and tucked them under me so whatever was doing it could not pull them off again and then I fell asleep. ;D I slept hard and don't remember nothing.

Sept 29th
I haven't had time to read chapter 6 yet. So I guess I'm still on chapter 5.
I'm conscious of doing a lot of dreaming lately, but I'm not becoming lucid in them and I just can't remember a dream if I don't become lucid in it. I tried that RoanGroan thing and I just don't get anything, except I knew I was dreaming something.
I finally managed to become lucid in the last one this morning. In it my sister and her daughter was in the hospital. That is were I became lucid. I can't remember the beginning or the reason they were there. They were in the same room and several other family members was there visiting with them and all. As more family showed up we had to bring in more chairs. I moved over to this other chair that no one seemed to want to sat in and gave the chair I had to some one else. The chair I was in began to roll and I could not find a way to stop it and it rolled right out the door and down the hallway. It began to roll faster and faster and the hallway turned into a tunnel. There was on button or knobs on the chair to control it, no brakes, LOL! I was flying down that tunnel after a little while. Then the scence changes and I am in a neighborhood and it looks more like apartments rtather than houses. I lived in one of them and my sister and same daughter was moving in to one across from me. The pull up and are proceding to go in, but I had heard that the person who had done whatever to put them in the hospital was moving into the one next to them. I was going across the street to let them know this when the cops drive up with this guy and they pull up to the one next to where my neice is being wheel into by a family member. About that time my sister see this guy as the cops are getting him out of the car. My sister starts screaming somthing and the cops say they have to let him go. My sister runs back to her car and grabs her gun and run on across the street and gets behind a tree. The cops in the meantime are taking the handcuffs off the guy to let him go. Just as the cops gets him undone the guy grabs one of the cops gun and runs toward my sister and began firing at her and she fires at him. I had to run real fast to get out of the line of fire. I could hear the bullets whizzing by. LOL! My sister manages to shoot the guy and he falls to the ground and the cops come running and put the cuffs back on him. At that point I woke up. I don't know what this is suppose to meant to me, but it's left me feeling uneasy. I hope it doesn't mean I in for more stress and problems.

I wouldnt see any stressful meaning in this dream, because the outcome was good and save, like everything in order again! Maybe the situation of your sister and daughter also could be transfered to your own family, dont know, but if then this could mean rather a digesting of the past than any huzzle for the future, I would feel. I liked the "chair without a brake" lol and the part when you are flying through the tunnel, in fact this is something of the 6th chapter too, but anyways the tunnel is a connection to a higher or another realm or dimension, very interesting dream, lgn

hmm... Nani, I've been noticing that my dreams stuff has been coming before I get to the next chapter read. LOL! So I guess I am on the 6th chapter even though I have not read any of it yet. ;D
I didn't remember any dream this morning. What little sleep I got, it was deep, no recall. I didn't go to bed until almost 7 this morning and got up at 10.
Nani, do you know were Gav is from? I hope they were not one of those people in New Orleans that lost everything. I am going to be gone this next week. I will try to get my reading done and write my dreams down so I can post them when I get back. I hope everyone gets back into this project. Is no one just not remembering their dreams or what?

Linda, oh you go away again.. but hey you`ll be back after next week right.. Gav, Kirsty and Jo are from England, so they were not in a storm or anything.. at least I hope so very much.. but still no one knows anything about them.. but Im sure they`ll come back. Yes the posting has got less lately, also Ronni mentioned, but these are just periods I guess, waves of activity and non-activity. My own dream-activity really has got less again, also waving from more to less and surely more soon again. So hey Linda, have a save trip, come back then soon, I and many people more will miss you, lgn

Nani, I just plan to go for 5 or 6 days. I should be back by Friday night.
I still have not had time to read chapter 6. I will try to get both 6 and 7 read this week.
I actually remember a part of a non lucid dream this morning. I only remember vaguely though. It was something about recycling old shoes. LOL! ;D I have not unpacked my books from taking them out of harms way from Rita. I forgot what it means to dream about shoe, LOL! Probably has something to do with traveling, maybe. Hehe. This was about old shoes, so maybe I'm going to be exploring down Memory Lane. Hehe!
I'll see you when I get back. Keep this project going Nani, hopefully Gav and Jo will be back soon.
I dug my dreams books out and so I looked up what it had to say about shoes. It says shoes relate to grounding or connectionwith the earth /world; to your life position /attitutude, your approach to life. I
In my dream it was more like it was a place were I was gathering lots and lots of peoples old shoes to turn them into somthing else, like taking them and making them into something useful/wonderful again.
I can't think what it could mean. Looks like I'm recycling soles "souls" LOL! ;D

Yeah Congrats from me too: Member of the month yeah yeah yeah !!! Me too Im so happy that you are here with us. Oh and shoes thats cool, and Souls lol thats even cooler translation haha great, one has to be really inventive, cause our souls are such inventive. Shoes for me often represent developement, a kind of a save and grounded developement, refered to spiritual growth or any other dvelopement. Very great symbol-picture, to take old shoes of others to make something wonderful new out of them hey! Ahh and amazing, now by reading your dream I remember that I also was changing something. I also did turn a thing into another thing, but dont know how I did it or what it was. But amazing haha, cause I just had told SXY that my dream was lost over the day totally, wow thats cool now, and doesnt happen the first time, amazing. This is a very great group we got here yeah, lgn

I noticed my last dream I posted was about recycling old shoes and in a since last night it was like I was recycling old dreams, some did not seem like they were my dreams. I got that same since of feeling several nights ago as well. Some of these dreams fragments from last night where from other nights as well. It was like I was observing these dream fragments and after each frame there was like this computer survey or test type of thing and I had to rate each fragment. I didn't go to bed until about 4 o'clock this morning and It seemed like this type dreaming continued until I woke up at about 6:30. This last thing that happened is all these dream fragments were gather up and put into this black garbage bag and twisted tied. I couldn't seem to stop thinking about it and go back to sleep, so I got up and got my meditation tape and finally fell back to sleep somewhere toward the end and slept until 10 o'clock this morning. I wasn't aware of any dreams from that section of sleep.

I know I'm not doing this research project, but I hope you don't mind me putting in my 2 cents worth. I just had a thought when reading about your dream.
I thought that maybe your dream could be telling you that you have completed what needed to be done. Your subconscious previously let you know through dreams that you needed to learn/change/do some thing(s) and now you are throwing out those bits you were finished with. Like a confirmation for your subconscious...now it is time to move onto something else. Anyway, that was just what went through my mind as I was reading it.

Hello andin, you are very welcome to give your 2 cents and I do appreciate that you took the time. What you had to say about my dream is a big possibility. I have been through a lot of change and upsets this whole year which sent me into a deep depression that I've just recently began to come out of. I still have some thing to work through, but there is peace about it now. Actually I got into this dream project while I was in that very depressed state and believe it has played a part in my recovery.
Some of th terms of Carlos' book has been kind of on the hard side for me to understand and our leader of this project is nowhere to be found, but I know he would be here if he could. I am finding the book to be very enlightening and interesting. Have you read any of his books?

Hello andin, you are very welcome to give your 2 cents and I do appreciate that you took the time. Thank you and you're welcome. I have always found dreams fascinating even when I wasn't remembering my own. Now that I am remembering them, I am trying to interpret them in my own mind. I enjoy trying my hand at dreams of others as well. I am so glad you are recovering from your depression. I too have bouts of it now and then, but thankfully not usually for very long. Some of th terms of Carlos' book has been kind of on the hard side for me to understand and our leader of this project is nowhere to be found, but I know he would be here if he could. I am finding the book to be very enlightening and interesting. Have you read any of his books? No, I am afraid that I have not read any of his books as yet. I did look at my local library, but this book is currently out.
