Where are you from? Born in Oregon, Coastal Region. I'm now living in California.
What are your hobby's? Going to the beach, shopping, playing in the snow, hiking, gardening, and just about anything outdoors!
What type of music do you like? Mostly Rock & Pop from the 80's. That was the best era ever! Woo Hoo!
What is your favorite book? I can't pick a favorite, but I used to read a lot of Stephen King. I enjoy Sylvia Brown Books, and Harry Potter too! ( My kids are big fans!)
What is your favorite movie? I like the scary ones and thrillers, such as the Blair Witch Project, The Ring, The Sixth Sense, The Omen. Must I go on? I'm not into the mushy romantic stuff.
How long have you had out of body/LD's? I have not had an OBE but I have a lot of wierd dreams. They seemed to be more vivid as a child though.
What other interests do you have? Well as far as personal interests, my family always comes first. My family is into Martial Arts. We study Goju Ryu Karate. My kids are great at it, and place high in the tournaments! I'm very proud! Oh yeah, I have a Black Chow Chow named Midnight who will be turning a year old this month.(Nov.25th) He's a beautiful dog!
What is your goal at this time in your life? I'm hoping to achieve more lucid dreaming and being more aware of my dreams and dreaming patterns. I am also going to pick up a couple books on spirituality or spirit guides. According to Sylvia Brown everyone has a spirit guide, some can be met through your dreams or astral projection. May I recommend a Book by her called "Book of Dreams." It was interesting, as I find a lot of her books.

Hey I like most of the colors, but for some reason the red writing I can't see as good (When it's up against the darker background) Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me! Purple is my favorite color. It would look cool swirled into the blue or something. Just a silly thought!

Hiya Rob and welcome! Don't worry I think T.V. does annoy most people these days. (even the news is depressing) If I ever am feeling down about my own life I can just flip on Jerry Springer for a few minutes. It really makes me appreciate the life that I do have... LOL!

Hey Ronni! I don't really grow indoor stuff anymore, only because it required a lot of my time, and I didn't always have proper lighting. I used to grow my vegetables from seed though. You can actually buy these peat pellots, found at most garden centers in stores. They come with a dome, which creates a humid affect. They work great, but you probably end up with a lot of plants! Also people are now using hydroponics, which you can do indoors using grow lights, and is totally soil-less. It's just grown in water using a bubble system. Higher electricity bill though! Let me know if you try anything. That would be cool!

Thanks Lori! Nice to meet you to! Good luck with the vegetable garden. Do you get hot summers where you live? I'm in California, and stuff grows here pretty good! If you need any advice, I'll try to help you out on the gardening too! You can also grow all your veggies in raised planters, which works well for me. It is basically four pieces of wood and you screw them together to form a box. You put it on top of your ground, and then just add potting soil, or hummus. It contains the plants and keeps a lot of weeds out. Also go with drip irrigation, which will avoid the growth of too many weeds. Just fertilize about once a month, but don't over do it. I like organic fertilizers because they contain no harsh chemicals. Well good luck again, and if you have any questions, I'll try to help!

Hey, Ronni! I live in the valley, kinda between Sacramento and the Napa valley... Summers are very hot here, so we finally got a pool put in our backyard! Yay! My parents divorced when I was like six, and my Dad, brother and I actually came from Oregon. I have also lived in Utah, Pacifica (in Cal.) and Capitola. I was wondering if you were referring to Palm Dessert, when you mentioned your brother. I've been near there, and I have family in San Diego as well! Cool!

Well I guess I better bet on the ball since everyone else was so nice as to introduce themselves! So here it goes.. I am married with two young children, and I live in the Sunny state of California! My husband and I run a business, so times can be hectic! Like some here, I really really like gardening, and have grown to be pretty good at it! I usually plant vegetable gardens, but nothing compares to the beauty of flowers! Love my roses! Other than that I have a chihuahua, pet cockatiel, and a saltwater aquarium. My first OBE experience happened a couple months ago, and I was concious, and I'm pretty sure it was just spontaneous. Due to the fear, I kinda backed out, so everything just stopped. But I know what I experienced was real, and I am trying to read up more on opening up my energy channels. I will be patient though, as I know things take time. The reason I continue to pursue this is because I believe that maybe this is the way for us to find our own answers to life, and to be closer to God. Also I want to grow stronger spiritually. I joined this forum mainly because I feel the good in everyone here, and those are the type I would like to associate with. My whole life I have had a fascination with ghosts, spirits, UFO's, Tarot, psychics, and dreams.. There is definately more out there than we see here on earth. Maybe this will help me search for my own purpose in life, and I'm looking forward to meeting and hearing from different people here! Well nuff said for now! ~Kronicgirl a.k.a. Dena

Hey now, do we have to send you to candle re-hab? Ha ha! I'm just kidding. That's okay whenever I go to Target, my favorite store, I always have to pick something up for someone else. It makes me feel good inside. It's usually an article of clothing. That's my secret confession.
