That's sounds great. I'm going to have to start doing this. It seems like a real excellent way of learning your cards and getting connected to them as well as a manefestation of yourself/sub...

Ugh I'm sorry that link didn't give all the pics you need.
Do you have a scanner (you know the old type that you just put what you want scanned on the glass)? If so maybe you could make your own images. I think the new scanners (the slimer ones that feed paper through) would damage the cards.
I'll keep my eye out for more pictures for you.
I think you are off to a great start with working with your cards. Keep up the good work.

I know I'm a little late here but I also see victory in that card. As well as pride, honor, and inclusion. This card shows someone being looked up to by followers or "fans". It seems this card has a sense of celebration.
Good luck with the younger gentleman Ronni. Whether you see it or not you have had a lot of success lately. Like Andin said this site is one of them and you are looked up to. I know I can count on you to clear my understanding of anything or at least give me a different view.

I think you captured the "feel" of that card nicely. I haven't used that deck but that was the overall "feel" I got from that picture. How did you get the picture posted anyway? Did you scan the card or is there an online source?

Yeah I noticed that too. I like Mel Gibson I think he plays both roles quite well. Actually I don't have many favorite actors/actresses but I would consider him a favorite.
Hmmm movies that made me tear up.....Well I watched a movie on television the other week and it made me tear up, but I can't remember the name of it. It was about a young girl (rather reserved and religous) and a young boy (a more popular bad *** type) He got into some trouble and had to do certain tasks to "learn his lesson" which included be a part of the school play and tutor troubled kids on the weekend. The girl was involved in both of these activities so they saw each other a lot. He was having trouble with his lines for the play so he asked her for help. Well it turns out that they fell in love and she helped change his whole life. Later on he finds out that she has had cancer for most of all her life and she just stopped responding to treatment. He makes it his primary goal to make sure she lives out all of her dreams and wishes before she goes. He made a large telescope for her. She was heavily into astronomy and mader her own telescope at a young age. She wanted to make a larger one so she could see a once in a lifetime comet (I think it was). He married her in the church that her parents were married in (which was another of her wishes) and he made sure that she knew he was there for her.
It was a really touching story...I wish I can remember the name of it. Maybe someone recognizes the story line and can remember the name.
Pretty much any story that shows true love makes me tear up. Love is such a wonderful thing.

It's not a love story...it's actual sessions between his client and him (I'm assuming she gave him permission to write it so much detail). She goes on to see him for anxiety disorders but they find out soooo much more...... It's reads rather quickly because like I said you just keep wanting to turn the pages. Here is his website if you want to check it out: www.brianweiss.com/

Have any of you read this book? It's by Dr. Brian Weiss. He's a psychiatrist and tells the story of a life altering experience due to a particular client. The book I have is two in one and the second book is "Messages from the Masters".
This book is absolutely wonderful very well written and truly inspiring. If you haven't read it I definately recommend it.
To go into more detail of what it's about...
As a Yale-educated psychiatrist versed in conventional therapy, Brian Weiss was understandably skeptical when his young patient stopped describing her childhood and started describing life in ancient Egypt, circa 1863 B.C. But when she spoke from “the space between lives” with a message about Weiss’s own life, the two found themselves on a journey that changed them both.
Many Lives, Many Masters charts their uncanny experience, sharing Weiss’s scrutiny of past-life regression and the teachings his patient relays from “master spirits.”
Messages from the Masters distills that insight into a moving vision of our world (a “chaotic one-room schoolhouse” for karmic lessons) and the world beyond, linked by the “all-encompassing energy” of love.

Hahaha it's funny you mention video games. I'm on of the 5 Governing Counsel on a gaming clan. I started playing Neverwinter Nights and loved it. The I got Guild Wars and liked that one pretty well too. Now I play GW off and on while waiting for NWN2 to come out.
The clan deals mostly with NWN and WoW some FPS games and GW to a smaller extent. But everyone jumps games. A lot of out players/members have played morrowind and Halo and many others that have been mentioned.

Yeah I haven't read Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings. But I love the movies.
Right now I'm reading the Drizzt series by R.A.Salvatore and love them. I've almost read them all.

Wow I didn't know about all of that. Thanks a bunch for the tip. Yeah I'll definately look into it. When my husband found out one of my poems is going to be published he was just overjoyed. Then I told him about a lot of other things I've written and he said maybe I should get paid to write lol. I was like but I don't know how. It would be nice to remain owner of your work in those cases where you get by the card companies. I might look more into these options. Thanks again for the info

I can't go to the convention. I'm out of town until next weekend and can't get back for the event. But I don't have to be there (for the contest I am already entered is a different event). The convention has it's own contest and seminars and whatnot. I am proud, I never thought of anything like this when I wrote it.

Thank you for the heads up. I don't have to buy the book for it to be published and the poem is copywritten in my name so I retain the rights to it.
